Foods you hate

We have several food threads here, but what about a thread about foods you don't like? Im interested in everyones response (Especially leilah's) but if you say steak is horrible, I will decapitate you.

The main thing I don't like is liver. It smells amazing, but tastes just horrible

I don't like raw tomatoes, I don't like mac and cheese, I don't like grilled cheese sandwiches, I don't like salad greens(with very, VERY few exceptions), and I don't like plain milk chocolate. Go ahead, drop your jaws and wag your fingers, I've heard it all before.

Shellfish/oysters, Mushrooms and prepackaged Mandarin Oranges to name a few, not due to the taste, but because of the mouth-feel

Gluten. So things like cake, pizza, red vines, cookies, etc. are all bad. And meatloaf.

Right off, I can't think of anything I hate. Usually the worst anyone will get out of me is neutral where I simply don't care. The few things I don't eat are usually specific versions of something. For example, I despite boxed mac and cheese. Not because it's disgusting, but because homemade mac and cheese is so infinitely better, what's the point of the boxed versions? This is nearly always true, but the gap between the two is huge. Because of this I only get to each it once a year during holidays. Too bad.

Oh, American cheese. Dear god I hate American cheese.

Fish and seafood (it makes me throw up. I'm not arguing with my body).

Organ meat in general.

Over-processed meat (viennas, polony, sandwich ham). Oddly though, I don't have a problem with many kinds of sausages. I think it's the too-fine texture that bothers me above anything else.
Raw onions.

Several kinds of fruit: all kinds of melons, bananas, pears, kiwi fruit, raisins, papaya, mango. And the list is much shorter than it used to be.

Peach-flavoured things. I love peaches, but that peach flavouring is yucky.
Raw green pepper.

Plain white rice, without the pork fat I serve mine with (I just put the rice in the bottom of the pan I cooked the pork chops in and swirl it around. I swear it's the only way plain white rice becomes delicious).

And while I have no problem with most of the parts, I hate mixed salad. I'll eat a tomato salad. I'll eat cucumber salad. I'll even eat many types of lettuce. But if you put a salad in front of me, it had better not be lettuce-tomato-cucumber. I will pout. I will refuse to eat. I will become unpleasant.

Almost all ready-meals or instant sauces, toppings, etc. If you buy me a packet that says "mushroom soup" and tell me to use it, you will get a look. I actually sometimes stop reading food blogs or stop taking cookbook authors seriously because of this. It isn't food if all you did was open a packet and add water. And it sure as hell isn't a recipe if you tell me to use cake mix. My only concession is a packet of cappuccino muffin mix that I use over some weekends. But I don't pretend that I baked when I just opened a packet.

PS. I love steak. I'm making some tonight. With mushroom sauce. And baked potatoes smothered in butter.

Meat! All meat can go die (oh, the irony of that statement). I also hate white chocolate, caramel, toffee, fudge, spinach, beansprouts, chilli, lasagne, jelly (as in wobbly jelly, not jam), those Quorn meat substitute burgers with the exception of the fillets which are quite nice, tabasco sauce, pepper, pears, pineapples and kiwis.

The only thing I hate that is edible are green/string beans. Seriously. I can eat anything - brain, liver, bugs, blue cheese covered pizza - and love it, but for some reason green beans are the stuff of my nightmares.

I also don't eat frozen or fast food. I don't think that counts as hate, but every single time I smell French fries cooking in the distance I just get sick. Blargh.
