The Dark Army (Fable 2-3 RP)

So hey guys, in celebration of Fable 3 in 2 days, i made a RP based off it. So here it is! \



Story
In the town of Bowerstone, the age of industry has come. The new king, Ornum, and his army of soldiers have taken over the throne using trickery, murder, and bribery. When Ornum took the throne, he ordered for all of the hero bloodline to public execution. This caused an outrage within the people, and rebellions started to erupt. When this happened, Ornum gathered his soldiers to increase the power of his army. This increased his control, and dominated the peoples lives. Children were put into factories, and more beggars lined the streets. Things returned to normal, and small camps and towns increased in numbers. In these camps, secret rebels hatched plans to take Ornum from the throne. The head of this newly hatched rebel faction was named Tyran Deronus. His actions became more and more bold, and Ornum tracked him down, and executed him. Without a leader to guide them, a group of rebels rose up in his place, ready to bring peace to the land.

You are the last of the hero bloodline. Basically, you all are long lost brothers and sisters. And no, it doesn't have to be clothing from the games, im editing the rules now.

Name: Sevil

Clothing: Will user trousers, Felt-lined carriage gloves, Pauper boots and a bare upper body.

Weapon: A Master Katana made for him on his 21st birthday by his father. He also uses Will a lot, mostly the force-push and shock abilitys. He dislikes guns of all types and will always try to avoid using them.

Alignment: Good/Evil: 70/100. Pure/Corrupted: 85/100. (0 being Evil/Corrupt, 50 being Neutral and 100 being Pure/Good.)

Physical Features: Long shoulder length brown-blonde hair. He is of average height, quite muscular and toned (hence the bare chest). Attractive and very good looking. Strong and deep will lines all over his body, but weak ones on his face and neck area.

Personality: Sevill is very vain, always wanting to look good wherever he is and always making a fuss over his appearance. He walks around bare-chested no matter the weather and no matter how many fines he gets for public indecency. Apart from this, Sevil is a good man and will go out of his way to help the people around him, but he is no push-over. As much as he helps others, he helps himself. In a way he is self centred, doing things for personal gain as much as he does things that are morally right.

Bio: Abandoned at birth, Sevil was left on the anvil of the Bowerstone blacksmiths with no explanation, but witnesses say that a strange woman garbed in red and white fled the blacksmiths that night. Out of the goodness of his heart the old blacksmith took the baby in as his own and raised him into the man he is today. Sevil learnt the ways of hammer and completed his apprenticeship as a blacksmith on the day of his 21st birthday (they actually counted the night they found him as his birthday), the day his whole world was ripped apart. The tyrant king had found prove that Sevil was of hero blood and on the night of this “birthday” the black knights of King Ornum came knocking upon the smith’s door. When the old man didn’t let the soldiers in, they cut through the man and burned the house/workshop to the ground. Sevil only escaped by a strange blue light shining in his room. In teleported far way from Bowerstone, far away from Albion itself. It was a strange place, the people there made strange potions, and worshiped strange weather controlling shrine, any shrine being worshipped was the weather the island experienced, extremely. Sevil knew he had to go back to Albion some day, but also knew he was putting his life in danger by going back. 3 years he spent mingling on the strange island before he decided to hop into a sub and confront the men that had took his life away. Upon arriving at the docks, Sevil overheard a group of men speaking silently. He found out that rebellion groups had begun springing up all over Albion and they where planning a great attack. Since that day Sevil had become a rebel under the leader Tyran Deronus until he was killed. Now fighting to avenge both his death and the smith who had raised him, Sevil will never stop until Ornum lays dead on the ground, and the men who helped him are destroyed.

Name: Aria Van Hudling

Clothing: A slightly torn blouse and corset with a ragged skirt and a pair of moccasins. She keeps her blouse unbuttoned, revealing her black bra, to signify her hatred for Albion's "fashion rules"

Weapon: Steel clockwork rifle, iron cutlass

Alignment: Neutral

Physical Features: Youthful and as pure as a goddess, she is beautiful. She has a head of long, flowing blonde hair that smells like apples. Her striking green eyes have both admired and scorned many heroes and villains. Her fine hourglass shape complements her looks.

Personality: Although physically beautiful, her personality does not match her bodily appearance. She is rebellious, a tad bit rude when accompanied by close allies, and hates being controlled. Born into the depths of society, she favors the poor and despises the rich. She has a fearless attitude that has almost had her killed on several occasions, as she is famous for underestimating her enemies...

Bio: Her parents hailing from a land unknown, she bears a foreign surname and speaks with an elegant and charming accent. She is of Hero blood - she is a Hero of Skill.
Aria was born at the nadir of Bowerstone society. Thus, she succumbed to thievery and unjust actions in order to survive. Her Heroic blood granted her extraordinary skills and abilities and made her a legend among the thieves and pickpockets of Bowerstone. But every morning when she arose from her bed, her hatred for the high class members of Albion’s society grew. She became a rebel leader in her late teens. She is renowned for instigating a brutal event commonly known as the “Red Revolt” in the slums of Bowerstone. Charging into a line of Ornum’s soldiers with a cutlass in one hand and a rifle in the other, she and her followers slaughtered many. But outnumbered and poorly supplied, the majority of her men (including both of her parents) were gunned down in the streets by a fresh, organized line of soldiers. Aria went into hiding for a few years, accepting her defeat. While she is still praised by most men, women, and children of the poor districts of Bowerstone, the people of the high class mock her for her failure at the Red Revolt and use her rebellion as an example to the poor that Ornum is the most powerful being in Albion.
But unknown to most, she still has many allies, including the vast majority of Albion’s gypsy population and the beggars and thieves of Bowerstone.

Physical Features:Has short Brown hair that goes to the tips of his ears.
Personality:He is funny and adventurous, Carefree, lazy. When someone has wronged him, like Ornum, he will stop at nothing to find them and get revenge.
Bio: Matthias was born in the Bowerstone Marketplace with two brothers. He grew up curious, often running away to Bower Lake as a sort of retreat from life. He loves nature, and the tranquility of Bower Lake often made him think of better times. He grew up a normal life, but kept his curious and adventurous nature. When he grew up to 21, he moved to Oakvale, while his parents were still on Bowerstone. When he turned 23, He moved back into the Bowerstone Marketplace, and to his dismay, met the new king. He heard of the rebellions, and decided he would not do anything about it, unless he had a reason. His 2 brothers are rebels, and often risk the family.

Physical Features:Short hair, average buid, a scar on his chin from combat, tall
Personality: Funny, often calm but when enraged it's hard to calm him.
Bio: Lived in bowerstone for most of his life knowing he had hero blood, contacted his family in oakfield often, when the new king rose to power he went into hiding and found out about the rebellion, he fights for himself, not for albion, even though an old blind woman appears in his dreams and says he must fight for freedom, that's not what he wants, not for everyone at least.

Physical Features:Not paticularly musclebound, but very well muscled, has his katana on his side, has his hair neatly cut, light eyebrows, and brown hair
Personality:A good humoured person, he usually keeps people light hearted where ever he is,adventurous and a good problem solver, and mostly keeps a cool head
Bio: Born to a peasent family, he was born in poverty and not unhappy about it, he accpeted it, and worked hard, he became a brillaint swordsman with a katana he found while in a cave he was exploring. He had the village blacksmith to repair it and he uses it whenever he can, since his father was attacked by bandits and he barely escaped with his life. His life was mostly uneventful, he helped out the guard when he could, but he did'nt see much for his life other than a well armed farmer. Then the kings men came to reclaim the lands his family owned. He fought with their leader, arguing against him, this caused to them pillaging his lands, His family, now homeless and afraid of being executed, had to flee, his parents wished to leave Albion, but Stephan wanted to stay and make sure that nobody else would suffer as his family did, he soon joined the rebellion, where his awesome sword skills were welcome, and quickly rose in rank.

I go over board with mine too often. I feel like such a noob when others have only posted a small simple too the point sheets and mines about a page long... but what the heck So id say i spend the same as King A, about an hour maybe more.

Each of the strong rebels (the players) were dragged by Ornums personal guards to a nearby blood stained wall. He lined them up against the wall, each was covered with a bandanna, blocking there vision. The guards cocked their rifles, and aimed. Ornum himself came to watch. The guards were anticipating killing the rebels.
"Haha, you all deserve what has come to you. You all will be sunken to the bottom of Bower Lake, so no one can ever find your bodies. Hope to see you all in hell!" Ornum laughed out. "Fire!" He yelled to his guards. The guards aimed, and a sudden loud bang filled the air. Each of the guards fell to the ground, and Ornum ran off. 3 men came up to the group, and pulled the bandannas off of them. It began to rain. The leader of the men, beckoned them to follow, and quickly. Smock filled the air as the group left the confines of Bowerstone. It began to get dark, and they soon found themselves at a nearby rebel camp. Matthias stood up, and observed the camp closely. The rebels had multiple camps around Albion, but he never knew of this one. He stood up, and shaked the mans hand.

"We were lucky." Aria stated in her unique accent, stepping forward. "We were almost too lucky." She turned to the others (players). "Well, if that rancid tyrant wished each of you dead as well, you must be rebels too. An enemy of my enemy is my friend, after all. I'm Aria Van Hudling. You are...?" She was careful not to reveal the fact that she was a Hero. She didn't fully trust any of these people yet.

Can I be a bad guy in this roleplay? I've never been a bad guy in a roleplay before.

Matthias stepped forward to Aria, and shook her hand.
"Matthias", he quietly said. He turned to the leader of the man who saved them. He smiled back to Matthias with an old, toothy grin. He walked over to a nearby chest, and opened it. In it lay many weapons.

Basically pick up your weapon that you put in your sheet.

Matthias picked up a sword, it had a pommel that was made up of smooth crystal. The sword was a silver color with a slight color of gold. On it lay numerous descriptions. It very slightly curved to the right. He pulled a small pistol out oft he chest and observed it. It had a gold colored barrel with white markings that slightly glew blue.
"So, what are we going to do now?" Matthias asked.

That would bring some...complications. But sure! Oh and guys, i encourage you to try to flirt with others, it complicates the story with the rebels and stuff.

Stephan wiped some of the dirt and soot that covered his clothes, and took a deep breath, he needed a quick rest. But introductions were in order first "My name is Stephan, why have'nt i heard of you people if we're all high ranking members of the rebels?" He asked as he went over to the chest to take his katana. It did'nt look any different than from the day he found it in that cave, except deadly usable now. It had a few markings etched into the hilt, which was decorated with silver. The blade itself was now sharp, and has been very useful to him so far. It had probably belonged to nobility, but it was his now. He turned to the other rebels.

(Just imagine my character sounds a bit like Garth)

"Haha!" He shot fireballs up into the air.
"Thank you! My name is Garland." Walking up to the table he picked up his longsword. It was light and razor sharp the blade was engraved with symbols, the handle was made from diamonds and the pommel was a giant ruby.

"So what our next move, if anything our capture has proved that our rebellion isn't working."
