I have a question i have started Nerhim complete oblivion conversion and when i start a new game the screen is gray y?

To start from nil: you have all necessary files activated? Does the game work normally without the mod - try deactivating everything extra? What other mods / extra do you have?
And please, always give some system specs - they're incredibly valuable!

In the Nehrim readme it says.
"If your screen becomes completely black in game and you have a Nvidia graphics card, you
must disable HDR in the options."
Could this be it?
