Paralysis spell

Where can i find the paralysis spell... i have gotten the 10 sec touch version from the console... but i want a longlasting one that i can cast on target...is there someone i can buy it from, because for some reason my spellmaking altar wont show it. if it matters, my illusion is 50+. i appreciate all help.

You have to be a Master to be able to cast the 10 secs on touch, so presumably you can't cast it yet? At the altar, you can only see spells that you both have and can cast.

If you get yourself a lower level Paralyze spell, you should have it as an option at the altar. Try Ita Rienus in Bravil.

The only way to get a Paralyze Target Spell, is to make one. You have to be able to cast the spell, to be able to make another spell with it. You will have to get the Debilitate Spell - Journeyman Level - from Ita Rienus, in Bravil. Then when you make the spell at the Altar of Spellmaking, make sure to select "Target".
