Bug-Slowmotion

I played the game for like 140 hours and then sudenly my character is walking in slow motion.I have tried everything reloading earlier save but it only ends after restarting the game.Now the problem is that it has became common it is reapting every 40 minutes.When in "slowmotion" it just your legs when you pull a sword or cast speel interact with NPC everything is normal exepct for when running or walking. Can any one tell me how to fix this?

Are you sure you aint walking instead of running? try caps lock...
If not, search your Oblivion folder for your save games, make a backup, then reinstalll

Been there, no idea how to fix that. Not "walking instead of running", most likely a bug.

Arrows may be faster than me, but my horse is faster than fireballs

Dude, I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago!!!!

It was my joystick, I had changed usb port! My player could move only when I used the joystick (flight sim type not gamepad). Everything else except moving was ok.

I fixxed it by editing the oblivion.ini and disabling the joystick from there.
