You realise that the attribute/skills are specific to the house or faction so carefully check for the following required by Telvanni -
Required Attributes - Willpower and Intelligence
Favoured Skills Are: Mysticism, Conjuration, Illusion, Alteration, Destruction, Enchant.
You require the two attributes above at 31 or above, one of the favoured skills listed above at least 50 and two at least 15.
Have you started on your stronghold yet? If not go and see Llunela Hleran in the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora and get that underway.
