There is an interesting question within all of this. What traits do Orcs (both men and women) find attractive and/or desirable in a prospective partner (again, of either gender)? I'm sure there must be some kind of dialogue or documentation, although I don't know of it myself.

I'd say social standing, and Warrior Prowess
mostly Warrior Prowess

Those two things go hand in hand though. The strongest warrior is chief. I would say only warrior prowess because there is no real difference.
