That is cognitive dissonance for you p-sto. Still I think having characters with different views on the supernatural (A term that doesn't make sense to me when I start to think about it) is a good thing.

This is what I thought of when I saw your character Kerr. Minus the memory stuff and it's your guy.

I made it after reading a World of Darkness supplement called Immortals. I found a part on what were called reborn interesting so based my character off that.

Spoiler:
Name: Tessie Kitt
Gender: Female
Age: 35
Physical description: A short and petite woman, Tessie has shoulder-length brown hair and arched eyebrows. Her skin is fair and her nose is pointed slightly upward. She has a slender form.
Background (Pre-Blacklight): She was raised in a middle-class neighborhood in Connecticut. Her parents were free-spirits but rather negligent; her concerns were largely ignored growing up. Somehow, Tessie turned out detached and unfeeling, but she carefully disguises her cold, near-sociopath tendencies with cuteness, pink clothing, and fuzzy animals. No, she's not Dolores Umbridge. Tessie became a psychologist, specializing antisocial personality disorder (irony). She has a near obsessive love of order. She most likely has OCPD, OCD, and at least a minor level of antisocial -- she's not quite a psychopath, but she will manipulate others to get what she wants and has a callous disregard for those that she feels get in her way.
Talent/Reason was recruited (Can be pretty much anything but it must be unique): Tessie is a knowledgeable psychologist and understands human behavior and is a great speaker -- some would say manipulator. She has a strange interest in mythology.
Class: Magi
Specialisation: Warlock
Primary Weapon class: nadda
Secondary Weapon class: nope
Magic ring(s): Earth, Holy Light, Lightning, Fire
A pretty pink sociopath. She's not Umbridge. :P

Am I too late?
Spoiler:
Character Sheet.
Name: January (Jan) Riggs
Gender: Female
Age: 27
Physical description: Caucasian, blonde hair, cool blue eyes, slight tan from all the work in the field. Thin, fit frame, small breasts and a tight core. She stands 5' 10" thanks to her long, toned legs. A tattoo across her lower back says "Sureshot" with a winged target flying in the background. She has a nasty-looking scar across her throat from it being slit in combat and patched up in a third world country hospital.
Background (Pre-Blacklight): A Navy Seal Sharpshooter, Jan has been on more missions than any other soldier her age. They send her to do the work no one else can do. Being in the military since she was 17 (she lied about her age to get in) has made her cold and calculating in every area of her life. During a mission three years ago she was discovered shortly after taking out her mark. During an intense fight with her discoverer, her throat was slashed and her vocal cords damaged. She was able to make it back to her pickup point and was taken to the nearest hospital. They were able to save her life, but were unable to restore full use of her vocal cords. She can speak, but it causes intense pain when the cords vibrate. Her teammates began to jokingly her "Silent but Deadly" only nobody laughed. They knew better.
Talent/Reason was recruited (Can be pretty much anything but it must be unique): Blacklight contacted her because they'd be stupid not to.

Appearance related questions. Does Blacklight have any sort of uniform or dress code or do we dress as we please. Also for Musicman, does Jan have any visible scar from having her throat slit?

Jan does have a visible scar across her throat just under her chin where the knife sliced through her larynx.

Edit: Added it to my sheet.

WARNING: This RP will contain scenes of a violent, gory and disturbing nature (Lycan kills aren't pretty). You have been warned.
Act 1. The Secret's out.
Spoiler:
Spoiler:
RP is starting now, all OOC in spoilers please.
13th of February 2020, Five years after the Day of the Wolf.
The man held his breath, a heavy thudding could be heard from just around the corner from where he was hiding. It was the sound of heavy footsteps, or paws. He had a small pistol, it wouldn't stop a Lycan- he knew that, but he was determined to go out with a fight.
The footsteps grew louder- they knew he was here.
The man started to choke as fear overtook him. A wolf stopped outside his hiding place.
Quivering in fear, the man raised his gun- but was stopped.
A gauntleted hand had placed itself atop the gun and pushed it downwards.
Every fiber of his being told him to scream but his fear prevented it. Slowly turning, the man was met by a strange sight.
The mysterious figure was wearing a hooded long trench coat, obscuring it's features. But it was clearly human. The figure shook it's hooded head briskly.
The man didn't know how long he had been there but eventually the Wolf moved on and the Hooded figure pulled him away.
After an hour of running they found themselves in an abandoned factory.
The figure moved quickly, starting a fire and offering some of the scarce food that was around to the man, who gladly accepted it.
After several minutes of silence the man spoke.
"There must be a story behind how the world collapsed into [&@%!]?"
To his shock the mysterious figure replied in a synthesised voice.
"Want to hear a story kid? With Vampires, Demons, Werewolves and other monsters? Well do I have a tale for you...
Vampires and Lycans have been perfectly content to war against each other for thousands of years. Yes you heard me I said thousands of years- are you really naïve enough to think that Dracula was the first? Oh no, he was just the first to be discovered by man.
But anyway where was I? Oh yes, mankind rarely had to deal with supernatural creatures other than the occasional straggler, so just as they were content to war, we were content thinking that the stories were exactly that: stories.
But of course that all changed, almost over night werewolves appeared in the world and in their stead other creatures straight from your darkest nightmare. All except Vampires, which were no where to be seen.
However, no story is complete without a hero. Or in this case, heroes..."

---
24th of January 2015, one day prior to the Day of the Wolf.
Ten figures sat in the back of a huge truck. They were clad in a body armour not unlike one would expect heavy duty riot police or special forces soldiers to be wearing. Their chests were covered in a material not unlike Kevlar, matching their upper and lower legs and arms. Their hands were set in strong looking gauntlets that had metal on the back of their hands and in between the finger joints. However the most interesting thing was the helmets at the side of each of the ten people, each one would completely obscure the faces of the wearers. There was a thick tinted out visor set over where the eyes and noses of the occupants would be in this full faced helmet. It looked like something you would expect to find in science-fiction, not the real world.
Each set was as black as midnight and hid the gender of the wearer, the only way you could tell is by looking at the helmetless faces.
These ten people were members of Blacklight's Delta team.
And they were complete strangers to one another.
Spoiler:
Okay intro time, the only member not there is Shadow as he has exams to prepare for. He'll be joining up later on.

Jan sat staring at each face on the opposite side of the truck, then looked once again at her armour and thought how strange it was, especially for a sniper. They know what I do, right, she thought to herself. She sat silently, as she always did now, and waited to see who would be the first to crack and have to talk.

Despite how the armour looked, Jan found it strangely unrestrictive.

Hunter leaned his head back, feeling the bumps and the road beneath them. He was nervous, but he was not scared, he was anxious. Looking back around, at all of the faces or rather helmets made him remember that they were not alone.
