Everytime I log onto my computer, Steam opens up automatically. It really aggravates, especially cus I dont use it everytime i get on my computer. Is there any way to set it to where it doesnt automatically open?

Re: Steam
I think there's an option on Steam itself. If not, I think you can right-click on the little icon on your taskbar and set it from there.
I'm not totally sure since I just let Steam open itself and never have a problem with it doing that.

Re: Steam
Yes there is. I believe it's located under settings in Steam. You can disable Steam from starting on start-up and also the friends list. I have both enabled. (Or did, rather; need to set that up on my new PC.)

Re: Steam
I also think you can open up the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and click on the startup tab. I think that lets you choose which programs you want to start on startup. If the startup tab isn't located there (I'm doing this from a Windows 8 viewpoint), then go to run, type "msconfig" then enter. YOu should have a window with startup crap.
