E-Readers vs Tablets

What do you prefer to use for reading e-books? A tablet or a dedicated e-reader. I just bought a kindle and I love it. As a student it is unrealistic for me to bring my iPad to school but my Kindle is so small and lite weight it is so easy to carry around with me along with all my books. Also I personally love the e-ink screen, especially during the summer. What do you think?

I have a Nook and I never thought I would love it...but I do. I really, really adore it. The ease of it is simplistic and the ink technology makes it as easy as reading a real book, which is great; I get a lot of eye strain with my tablet (a Nexus 7) and don't always have my computer glasses with me.

I will say, though, that I can also pull up my library and books on my tablet and phone, so essentially I'm never without one, but the tablet is essentially for things other than reading. Oddly, though, I still horde books and usually read one on my e-reader and one that's a physical book, which is awesome.

I FAR prefer to read books but I'm pretty impressed with the kindle and the E Ink technology as others have said
