Game Glitch- Vampire and Werewolf...at same time?

I'm not 100% sure if I'm posting this in the right area, but I'll try anyways.

I play on the Xbox 360. I was with Serana, doing the quest where you search for the dwarven forge. (The name of the quest has escaped my mind, but it came with the Dawnguard add-on)

I don't know what happened. I never asked Serana to turn me into a vampire, but I saw a message on my upper screen informing me of my weakness to fire. I thought it was just a mishap at first, but going on about my journies, saw that I had vampire powers. It also progresses as time passes. My weakness to fire gets stronger, I gain 'Vampire's Seduction', etc.

Problem is...I'm a werewolf. Both of these are going on at the same time. My character does not appear to look like a vampire either.

If anyone could tell me how to get rid of these vampire effects....that would be great. Or if anyone else has this, and knows how it happened, I would like to know. I can't seem to feed either, so I know eventually my weakness to fire will get really strong.

The Skyrim:Vampirism Wiki page explains how to cure yourself of vampirism. Assuming that you aren't glitched, I hope this helps.

Are you sure you didn't accidently get infected with vampirism but didn't notice? Happened to me in Oblivion.

I wasn't accidentally infected.
I'm a werewolf, so the beast blood gives me 100% resistence to disease.

I'll try to do the cure, but I might just be glitched...
