Going through Emerald right now but I keep forgetting about it. ._. I'll play for a few hours one day and then it'll just completely slip my mind for the next month or so.

Any tips for my current party? By the way, I picked up a Ponyta since then. And my Psyduck and Staravia are out for Kadabra and Gastly.

If you trade with me I can throw you some Hoenn pokemon. I might be able to breed you a Sabyle for you to nuke guys with.

I don't fancy myself as being the sort of guy that hates on every generation post-Gen 1, but Pokemon just seem to get more and more idiotic each year. Especially the starter Pokemon!

I'm the kind of guy that doesn't catch very many pokemon in one playthrough, so I couldn't care less. If people use legendaries in a battle against me I'll just calmly point out that they are cheating.

That would be incredibly great.

What would you be willing to give up? I'm afraid I'd have to give you some random crap for whatever you would give me, since I don't have any good Pokemon I can spare and that would be worth, however.

Oh, and my friend code has changed since I started a new game. I'll post it here in a minute.

Having 2 special sweepers makes no sense. Gastly/Kadabra. Both when full evolved hit for the same types relatively.
Alakazam is good for status switch ins if it has Synchronize and getting good natures. But I'd go with Gastly/Haunter/Gengar as the Ghost typing means immunity to fighting and normal types and with levitate you also get immunity from ground moves and Gengar can hit just as hard as Alakazam.

Treecko is Gen III. Gen I is Bulbasaur Charmander Squirtle, II is Chikorita Cyndaquil Totodile, III is Treecko Torchic Mudkip, IV is Turtwig Chimchar Pinlup, V is Snivy Tepig Oshawott.

Yep. I just moved it up to Gen IV, and now I have like 50 I need to get rid of.

Do you want one? I'll trade you one for a Totodile or a evolution of it.

Only if you either do:
A. Purchase EMERALD and complete the Hoenn Pokedex.
B. Purchase Pokemon XD: Gale Of Darkness and beat all 100 trainers at Mt. Battle.
C. Trading with friends for one.

I'll probably get Emerald soon, so that's possible. What's "Gale of Darkness"? Beating 100 trainers doesn't seem so difficult.

Gale of Darkness is a Pokemon game on the Gamecube. it can be played on the Wii as well. The catch with the Mt. battle trainers was, if I remember, you had to beat 10 trainers on 10 different floors, and the higher you got, the tougher the trainers became, so it was a end game sort of thing.
