Hey everyone, new guy in the house! This wiki seems to be the most reliable so I've decided to join this one. Anywho..
I am currently designing a very in-depth map of the western hemisphere of Nirn. I'm fairly close to being done (I think) but it's missing what I consider a very important piece. I'm trying to keep in the same light as Official TES maps, and I am looking for a very particular font. I don't know the name of it and I've done hours of searching to find it, to no avail. It's the same font that they always use on older TES maps (featured below).

Re: Looking for a particular font..
Two things:
1) It appears to be an in-house font. Someone in the studio drew out the alphabet and a bunch of nerds scanned it in.
2) Matching the font is not that important. 'Close' is better than 'Good Enough' in this case— it's your work, not theirs. Let loose a little and find something that looks great to you.
Bavand, Blackadder, Chaucer, Corsiva, Pristina, and Viner should all fit the bill.

Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.
Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

If you make the map, you definitely have to share it! We have a few fans of cartography here.

Crap. I was really wanting to use that particular font, but I guess I'll stick to something elseDark Spark wrote:Two things:
