What is sentence structure like in Greek? Is it like the Romance languages or the Germanic languages? Or completely different?

Re: The General Discussion Thread
It's pretty unique as far as I know. But it has more in common with Indo-European languages than Germanic ones. Sentence structure is sometimes the same as it would be an English, and sometimes different.

Homicidal. Suicidal. Everyday I live my life.
Goin' crazy, in a dazey, walkin' round real late at night.
You guessed it. I'm stressin'. People wonder why I'm always high.
You test it, smith & wesson. Your the next on the list to die.
Come on [&@%!], come on [&@%!], come on.
Now that I think about it, don't worry about it. I don't hear [&@%!] cuz it keeps getting louder.

Re: The General Discussion Thread
I don't know where I would post this, but I have a question to ask, to see other people's opinions:
I'm in high school, and occasionally when my mother is not home, my grandparents come over to watch over my brother and I (more my brother than anything else)
Now, nobody on my bus has their parents wait for them at the bus stop, and neither do mine. Though, my grandfather on the other hand... he gets there extra early so he doesn't miss my little brother get off the bus.
Though, me being the first one off, everyone sees him, and yells things at him, and he would ask me, "Are those any of your friends?" and I would shake my head quickly, because they aren't. He will then make a remark like, "Those are probably the kids that don't take Latin..." and I would nod my head, because they don't. (Although it didn't really matter if they did or didn't, but I think I see where he is coming from.)
I tell him he doesn't have to wait for me anymore, and he will tell me, "No, it's fine, don't worry about it." Like he is doing me a favor.
My grandfather will be there again, someday soon, picking me up from the bus stop again, and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?

Re: The General Discussion Thread
Take advantage of it. He obviously cares enough to be out there every morning for you and tbh, not alot of people have that. Instead of wishing he would go away it might go better if you talked to him. I don't know anything about your relationship with him and it's not my place to find out but I never had something like that and I always had to go to school with friends or alone. In all seriousness take advantage of this and enjoy it while you can, cause time will fly and before you know it he won't be able to meet you at the bus stop the way you says he does.Imp wrote:I don't know where I would post this, but I have a question to ask, to see other people's opinions:
