Also the alpha of Frostmoon pack.
Edit: and the NPC at Ramshackle Trading Post. Most of the skaal also.
Ramshackle has no NPC on my game.
I went back to Ramshackle and no NPC is there, but I did find a note in the left corner of the floor saying "meet me here at midnight". Currently waiting to see if it's a specific day.

About that silt strider...

After arriving near Tel Mithryn by way of the coast, I clear Sun Stone and fight a couple of lurkers only to be bombarded by an ancient dragon. In the aftermath, an NPC walks up and starts talking about Dusty. I'm looking around going, "Where? Where? A silt strider! Cool!" But there's no silt strider anywhere to be seen.

Was the beast killable, as in, the dragon or lurkers might have destroyed it before I could see it? Or am I dealing with a glitch? Either way, I'm shedding a tear over this turn of events...

I had a thought earlier today, we know that if you do the main quest before you go to Solstheim, then Miraak mentions your defeat of Alduin, i don't suppose there's any extra dialogue with Paarthurnax where you can ask about Miraak if you do the main quest after Dragonborn? I'm dying to know exactly why Miraak betrayed the dragons. And you know Paarthurnax was Alduins second in command so he might know.

I cannot get the NPC at the Trading post to reappear. I'm starting to think it was the dunmer who gives the Unearthed quest.

Every time I try to beat him, he goes into ethereal mode and doesn't come out of it. The dragon soul he is supposed to absorb always goes to me. In the last attempt I made (after reloading many different saves) I did not cause him one bit of damage, it was all the serpent dragon. Nevertheless, he sprinted to the center of the arena, killed the other dragon (which hadn't even landed yet) and I got the soul.
Does anyone have any advice? This is soooo frustrating.
I'm looking out for advice on how to get past this too. It's very annoying.

Also I can't talk to Deor about the quest he has for me.

Idk if this is new or not but I pick pocketed a unique ancient nord pickaxe named Hoarfrost from the quest giver of Unearthed. And I found a strahlim great sword with the chaos enchantment so I'm guessing it's been added to the random enchantment list.

It's the subtleties:
Spoiler:
I was strolling-along, just north of Fort Frostmoth, when I was attacked by the Morag Tong (I've completed "Served Cold" for the Redoran). I thought it had to do with my wiping them out for that quest, but they actually turned-out to be attacking me because of me belonging to the Dark Brotherhood (via "Execution Order" stating that I was part of an "illegal assassination group" and that I was due for an honor-killing).
It's the little things that make this DLC very much worth it.

Just finished the MQ tonight. I feel like after doing these quests
Spoiler:
Thirsk, Raven Rock house questline, partial Unearthed, Stahlrim Quest, Fort Frostmoth, Raven Rock mine, and several others
I can give a pretty adequate review. Overall, I think this DLC is outstanding. It's easily better than Dawnguard, and I think it's right up there with Shivering Isles. The questlines are mostly interesting and varied, the NPCs are awesome, the enemies are actually challenging for once (I play on master and for the first time since like lvl 20 I actually had to spam healing potions in a few fights), and the size of the map is just right. The MQ for this DLC is actually emotionally involving, much more so than the MQ of vanilla Skyrim. By the end of it, I was actually raging at Herma-Mora. There are only a few annoying things I have encountered so far. One is that dragon riding is very gimmicky, and I wish they hadn't put it in at all. Another is the lack of true spears (slightly annoying). Pretty much the only other annoyance is the fact that there doesn't seem to be any way to oppose Hermaeuos Mora. As my character is a good Nord 2H warrior, its kinda hard to just watch HM wreck everything and not be able to seek any sort of revenge. But oh well. Overall I'd give this DLC an A. Not perfect, but I really couldn't have asked for much more.

So after looking through wikis and my own constant search for Torkild it seems like he randomly spawns somewhere in Solstheim. Others have noted it's possible to find him dead already but retrieving the note from his corpse to his brother continues the quest as normal. Here are places he is said to spawn.

West of Glacial Cave, Along the coastline.
North of Haknir's Shoal
West of Broken Tusk Mine, along the coastline
Just outside Raven Rock
Just South of Bujold's Retreat on the East side of Solstheim

No it was a different NPC, I think it was supposed to be a reference. I missed hiom actually falling, but I did find the body. Also did anyone else find the crashed dwemer airship on top of Moesring Pass (I think it's called), it's quite cool considering how small it is inside.

Yeah I saw the airship in Dragonborn it's labeled "Strange vessel" and Rieklings have found home near and in it. Did you guys go inside? Cause there are 2 chests in there and a skeleton.

Here's a full list of all possible followers: Steadfast dwemer sphere, Steadfast dwemer spider, various reiklings, frea, Dunmer mercenary in wretching netch, the mage talvas and (I'm unsure on this one though as I helped the reiklings) a member of the thirshk mead hall. As Well as quest followers Master Veloth and that old historian guy from the Skaal village.

There aren't any added in Dragonborn, but...
Spoiler:
Anwen in the Temple of Diabella can be married once you complete the Heart of Diabella quest. Other than her the only other female Redguard you can marry is Rayya, the Housecarl you get by becoming Thane in Falkreath, but you need to have the Hearthfire DLC.
