Falmer/Ancient Nord Armor
Really simple, where do I find these, have only found them in specific dungeons and I can't remember the names. And is falmer armor really heavy armor I could have sworn it was light armor.
Re: Falmer/Ancient Nord Armor
Falmer is all heavy armor, and usually found on dead falmer with only the boots as a rare exception. Not sure where to find a garanteed set of boots.

I know there's a dwemer ruin that has a full set lying around all together. No clue which one, however.
I don't always drink mead, but when I do, I prefer Black-Briar.

Ancient Falmer Armor is light, found during Dawnguard. The heavy complete modern set can be found in Mzelschelaft(spell), look for it during Mjoll's quest. Ancient Nord Armor can also be crafted after the Companions questline.

To change the subject, do you physically move slower in heavy armor or just consume more stamina when sprinting?

Both for me, when it is weightless, there is a considerable difference.(I think)

That's depressing, I love my scandalously clad huntress and was hoping to move up to stronger armor armor. My light armor is only at 20 so it wouldn't be a difficult transition, but if agility is compromised it would.

Re: Falmer/Ancient Nord Armor
Theres two types of falmer armour, normal, hardened and heavy, of which hard and heavy are visually similar but heavy is better in every way.

for similar reasons I just take time to get my favored armor tempered.Cessair wrote:That's depressing, I love my scandalously clad huntress and was hoping to move up to stronger armor armor. Re: Falmer/Ancient Nord Armor
I do work on my forsworn armor but it's more difficult to improve lower grade armor. Like Iron can only be raised to Superior at my level, but dwarven can be raised to exquisite.
