Red Dead Retribution

Sean grimaced, his face smarting. "Ouch." he said, rolling his shoulders. "Right at this very moment." he repeated more slowly, before rotating his jaw. "You've got a hell of an arm on you, miss..."

Laura slapped Sean on the other side of his face. "Stop it," she said, her face screwing up as her eyes watered. "Stop lying to me."

Sean's head swung the other way, and his eyes were watering for an entirely different reason.

Both of his cheeks red and distinctly imprinted with the shape of her hand, when he returned his gaze to her. He regarded her silently, his pale eyes holding no guise.

He wasn't sure if it was the burgeoning tears that had doused the flames in her eyes, but the smouldering embers he saw tightened his throat.

Laura's face remained twisted as she stared at Sean. The man in her bed claiming that he loved her, if even for a moment. She didn't believe it, of course. Who could love her with all her flaws and demands and [&@%!]. No, he wanted her, and he was going to get her...her way. She adjusted herself so that she was sitting atop his stomach. "Perro," she addressed him, "unbutton the first three buttons of my shirt, con atención!"

"Jefe." Sean said deferentially, slowly reaching out. One could hear a pin drop, as his fingers carefully unbuttoned her top button. An undue amount of concentration went into every move, and Laura could scarcely feel it as her shirt opened a little more. A little more. As the third button came loose, Sean allowed his hands to fall back to his sides, and he slumped back against the headboard.

Laura's face softened at the care shown by Sean in following her orders. She leaned forward and unbuckled the belt keeping him at bay. She tossed it to the side and kissed him, wrapping her arms around him.

Oddly enough, it was the feel of Laura's arms around him than her lips meeting his that Sean valued more... Which wasn't to say that he didn't kiss her back with all his heart. He took the removal of the belt to mean a loosening of the 'rules,' at least for the moment, and he gently cupped her bottom for just long enough to pull her up into his lap. Any immediate protest she had, he drowned with a deeper kiss, his hands running up her back, wrapping around her.

Laura did not protest. Her tongue delved deeper into his mouth, a slight moan escaping as she did so.

Sean softly caught Laura's lip between his teeth, before kissing her on the cheek, and on her neck. His heat throbbed, and a sound like waves crashing pounded in his ears.

"Tell me you love me, even if it's a lie," Laura said as her hands groped Sean's back, sliding down to take hold of his bottom. "Dige 'te amo'."

Spoiler:

Charlie mounted "his" horse, and looked around. "Which are the ones we're taking back, now?"

Spoiler:

Roy shook his head, "All of them I guess." He kicked his horse expecting them to follow.

Sam got on the white horse. It had a blood stain on it from Charlie.

Charlie grabbed the reins of a few horses that looked like the ones they had ridden, and gently encouraged them to be towed along after Roy. The horses obeyed, and followed them.

"You stained this one." said Sam.

Charlie shrugged. "Blood can be washed off. I'd think that the owner would be happy that they're getting their horse back."

Sean stayed in Laura's room all night.

As they rode closer to the ranch, a man stood with several horses grazing around him. The ranch was rather large, and had several farm hands feeding live stock. The man that stood out saw them approach and yelled, "Brought 'em back early! That's not like you, Roy!" Roy responded quickly, "My associates, here, insisted."

Charlie turned to Sam. "That bounty hunter'd said that the horses were stolen, that people wanted us hanged. What... ..."

Post by **Kerr** » Mon Dec 03, 2012 2:30 pm

Sam shrugged his shoulders. "Guess his employer lied." said Sam.
