Assassin's Creed:Revelations: I fell off of a building and died...like a boss.
Uncharted 2:Among Thieves: I died the way everyone else does....I fell off of a cliff.
Skyrim:I fell off of a cliff trying to kill a hunter.
I'm starting to notice a pattern here.

Yup. Especially in Assassin's Creed. I keep forgetting that Ezio only gets to survive impossible falls when I'm not controlling him.

I assumed he made a split-decision to hunt the ground and failed each time, instead.

I overheated while trying to melt the torso on an enemy Atlas in my little Jenner and a gauss-Catapult exploded my own rear torso while I was powered down (Mech Warrior Online)

Killed defending the towns Nether portal from hordes of pigmen in Minecraft.....6 times.
Died in single player superflat mode while digging escape tunnels for the villagers while a horde of zombies attacked them from above. Saved 10 villagers but got shot by a skeleton- Minecraft

- Overwhelmed by a random group of 8 Forsworn
- Was chomped by an Ancient Dragon when I still had 3/4 health left

Died attacking the damn Helghast with the ISA in Killzone 3. This game is so fun, which is weird becuase I;m not really a fan of FPS games. Must be the story.

In Skuldafiin I got killed by a mob of draugr because I forgot to get healing potions before leaving.....

Then Tsun challenged me to honorable combat… I didn't save beforehand x.x

Deus Ex: Human Revolution - died 4 or 7 times in a row after leaving Zhao's office. A gang of Belltower thugs has you cornered and I kept trying to fight them head on. Eventually I searched my inventory, spent a praxis on the respective augmentation, and threw a couple concussion grenades that I was now immune to and ran past them all without wasting a bullet

Mass Effect 1, died several times on Luna trying to disable the VI. Took several rockets to the face at once every time. Ended up having to turn the difficulty down

Died 3 times in a row playing my assassin in Skyrim today. She fought her first dragon and just for fun (because I was bored), I had her charge in with her sword on master.

One: she was swiped by the dragon's wing. Two: she was frosted to death. 3: the best one...he waited for the guard standing in front of her to move so he could bite down on her and send her flying like a sweetroll in the air. The best part of that one was that she landed at Onmund's feet and he said: "Gods, no!" <---totally thinking of himself, I'm sure, not even caring his wife lay dead at his feet.
