I honestly always expected them to transplant their culture with them. I can see SOME Dunmer living in log cabins or wearing bear pelts but they're a proud people with their own culture, so why not bring it with them?
Monsters are bred in labyrinths, labyrinths are bred from walls. There is a reason the Giants choose to remain nomadic rather than follow their shield kin the Nords in building permanent settlements. The Tower is the beginning of all walls.

Cultural diffusion is different than terraforming.

The Telvanni are powerful Mages, rivalling the Altmer, so it's hardly unrealistic for them to have been bale to dramatically changed the landscape and climate of Solstheim, imo.

For the Dunmer - especially the Telvanni - there is no distinction.

I was happier when I heard there would be Chitin. And Bonemold. <3

Though Bonemold looks meaner and spikier than I remember it... Bah, whatever!

I agree with dear Frosty. NERDGASM.

Hehe. I just realised something. What will this DLC be adding?

Ice and Chitin.

At 00:27, that wall with the bull netch around it almost looks like Order Obelisks.

Maybe Jyggalag will make a cameo :?

I'm still very curious about the possibility of some involvement from Talos.

Currently there is no evidence to suggest that they are giving xbox 30 days exclusivity
Yes, I thought the Xbox 30 day exclusivity was only for the first 2 dlcs, but I could be wrong.

They build for Xbox primarily it would seem. It's their favoured console in a sense, so they can only confirm it on that. But yes, the exclusivity has expired, but I guess they just cannot assure everyone it'll definitely be out on PC and PS3 when it is for Xbox because that's where they program it first. An unofficial exclusivity almost.

It was stated that the first two dlcs would be Xbox exclusives for the first 30 days. Nothing suggest that it will be extended to the third. And the ps3ers, such as myself, should just wait it out. They have a month to work out the bugs, if there are any, and the problem is not the dame. I guess I'm saying keep up hope, but don't fly to high.

Yet according the the wiki homepage there's no confirmed release date for PC and PS3. I would take that as a suggestion that Xbox users might get it first. The wiki likely isn't the best source but the suggestion still stands.

I thought that too, but sadly only Xbox players are going to get it for an entire month again. :|

I'll point out again that the trailers for dawnguard and hearthfire both had the xbox logo at the end, and specifically stated that they were exclusive for xbox. That is not the case with this trailer

Unless hearthfire didn't count because it was a fairly minor DLC. But like soda said the XBox logo wasn't displayed and I think XBox and Pc will both get this on December 4th. PS3 on the other hand...

Mr. A, Dawnguard and Dragonborn do not have the same problem. If Dragonborn does not work, than Bethesda really just does not care. Dragonborn is not even in Skyrim. That means that a new world is involved. The same RAM problems that plague the ps3 version of Skyrim would not be present here. With Dragonborn, Bethesda is either going to hit, or ps3ers are going to rage(((quit)). (That doesn't count as a rhyme)

There's only so much that Bethesda can do. The PS3 has been holding back progress on DLCs and patches, and I think yes, Bethesda can't do much about it so they're going to forget about it and at least satisfy 66% of their fanbase instead of 33%.

I was thinking the same thing about Hearthfire but even though it is small it was still a dlc. I am just excited to be going somewhere new, even if it seems like a bit Alice in Wonderland-ish. I'm down, so long as there are draugrs and wicked monsters everywhere for me to blow up or spear. Will have to stock up on some good birr.
