The Skaal follow the old ways. They have the Greedy Man..aka Thartaag the World Devourer.
Wasn't there a really big quest that had to do with the Greedy man in Bloodmoon? I cant remember, haven't played it in so long...
But it is most definately dragon related. Look at the scales on th arm.
The main quest in Bloodmoon had several phrases. During one you follow a pilgrimage to imitate the actions of the boy warrior Aevar. You interact with places where the Greedy Man messed up the seasons in Solsthiem, but you never meet him face to face. He would make an awesome adversary IMO. Perhaps the Hermaeus Mora stuff involved finding the lore on how to defeat him.
Monsters are bred in labyrinths, labyrinths are bred from walls. There is a reason the Giants choose to remain nomadic rather than follow their shield kin the Nords in building permanent settlements. The Tower is the beginning of all walls.

Ah yes i can remember now... That would be very cool, i can see that as a possibility now.
But i cant stop thinking... what if that is the other Dragonborn
Thartaag is possibly a Shezarrine or an aspect of Lorkhan and/or Akatosh, so perhaps he also is a Dragonborn and you have to fight him. "There can be only one", etc.
(I only just realized how similar absorbing a Dragon's soul is to the Quickening from Highlander.)

That title seems really easy to get, do you get nominated or is it just something I have to proclaim to the world?

So true, I don't really want to kill another of the Dragon Blood though. I want to learn that there are more out there, that although I am unique, I am not alone. A order of Dragonborn, so to speak. But I'm corny like that, so...

So what is this guy is trying to revive the Dragon Cult since the dragons have returned, and that's why he doesn't look like a draugr... soo he is like a Mankar Camoran-ish badguy, preaching about the Cult, and that mask gives him the power to do it like the Amulet gave Camoran power? just running through the possibilities here...

Isn't it sort of obvious that it's some kind of tentacle mask related to Hermaeus Mora? It sure fits well into the already existing references to said Daedric prince in the latest patch.
Well, the mouth is the symbol for "O" in Daedric, which is also the sigil for Oblivion, but it seems to have fangs inside it - which is why I thought of the Tsaesci. On the other hand it's very similar to the Dragon Priest outfits. It could be many things.

Well the mystery of the quest headers has been solved...
EDIT: Coud it be the Akaviri symbol for shout on the mouth mask? The Nord Tongue on alduins wall seem to have something similar... maybe a bit to far fetched...
I messed up something in my Skyrim when I reverted back to 1.7 to be able to play, and it became slightly unstable. One thing that happened that I thought I should mention was that instead of an arrow locating my location on the map, there was the symbol for Castle Karstaag. Very odd indeed. But I guess it shows that the 1.8 patch added the groundwork for the DLC itself so we're not long off. Dawnguard was released ~1 month after the trailer, this may well be similar.
"All right people, we created this multi-billion dollar facility under Cheyenne Mountain so that we can use this thing. Anyone know how?"
It's been 200 years. Do the Rieklings still live there? The Dunmer? Someone else?
Karstaag bit the bullet in Bloodmoon's MQ. He was a non-optional boss fight, meaning he is canonically dead and was the only known Frost Giant on the island. So unless he's been resurrected by some magical trickery let's assume he won't appear.

Only a little. It looks more Draconic to me. The horn pattern is very similar to a Dovah.

I'm pretty sure this picture is for Elder Scrolls Online.
I don't think so. This picture came from the Bethesda Game Studios twitter, not from the Elder Scrolls Online one. (Which is developed by ZeniMax Studio.)
