The Next Group

[Justice knight]

"Hey Appolo," Deadeye said, "Long time, no see."

[Kerr]

"Hey Apollo." said Nate. "He killed me and my brother because I had superpowers. For some reason he thought fire could kill me for good."

[Musicman247]

"Hello again, Apollo. Thanks for healing me," Morph said. "You really have an issue with letting go, don't you?" Morph said to Nate.

[Kerr]

"You can help me with it or shut up about it Morph." said Nate.

[Musicman247]

"If that's the way you're going to treat your team, then I'm out. I don't shut up about something unless I want to. So do you want me or not?" Morph asked.

Apollo smiled, and then they all saw the people they met, the storm Trio, Ferret, Warlord, and those who died, Stride, Kendrick.. tears and laughter both took them all, Gaia and Anem suddenly appeared from the way our of the server cluster. They saw the body, and rejoiced.

[Justice knight]

Deadeye couldn't help but salute as Warlord went past- old habits died hard.

[Kerr]

"I want you but I'm killing him." said Nate. "Revenge doesn't matter. He is evil and deserves to die."

"So you finally admit you have feelings for me," Morph said. "Well too late. I have Merissa now."

Selena, the musician, Morte, Vie, and others all appeared too, Anem went to Seamstress and hugged her.
Gaia hugged Nate. "What's this about wanting Morph?"

Seamstress hugged Anem back and smiled when she saw Ski-Cat and her fiance. Ski-Cat nodded happy. To Anem, she said "If you want to go with Nate you can but I will always open up a portal to and from our home if you need it." She was referring to the home she was going to make with Deadeye.

[Justice knight]

"If...if that's okay," Deadeye said, "I want you to be happy too."

[Kerr]

"Hey guys. Saved the world for ya. No big." said Nate. "He wants to sleep with me. I told him no."

"So what now?" Morph asked.

[Kerr]

"Weekend at Disneyland?" said Nate.

Gaia grinned. "sure." she whispered. Sophia shrugged, as did Anem, they both looked towards seam.

[Kerr]

"Come on. It'll be fun." said Nate.

"Disneyland would be a fun thing for everyone. Anem and Sophia could ride the rides and eat alot of candy while Deadeye and I watch and also the shopping." Seamstress said, "But why Disneyland, why not Disneyworld in Florda?"

[Kerr]

"Fine Disneyworld. Same thing." said Nate.

Morph and Merissa joined up with Nate and his group. They went to one of the Disney theme parks (strangely they actually couldn't tell which one it was) and then helped him build up his base. Morph became the "face man" for the group and remained with them for several years with Merissa. He and Nate had a disagreement after their first decade of working together and Morph and Merissa parted company with the group, going off to chase down what was left of Theta.

After enjoying a weekend at some kind of theme park, Nate set up his organisation in its headquarters in Charm's old place in Edinburgh. He called the group Zeta. He went to Canada and killed his father with a sniper rifle from a distance in early February. After doing the job he went back to Edinburgh. He accidentally got Gaia pregnant a few years later. They had a black haired and blue eyed daughter called Morrigan. She had the power to manipulate her own age, allowing her to become younger and older. She couldn't manipulate the ages of others and in general decided to keep looking like she was in her early 20's. Nate was happy to have a child who could possibly live as long as him, assuming she avoided getting killed by injury or disease. He made sure to keep in touch with the other members of the next group. He considered them all to be his friends, even if they got on each others nerves at times. He was closest to Anem and Morph. When Morph stormed off in a huff Nate hoped they could patch up their friendship one day. Nate kept Kenny. He proved to be a useful member of the team. Nate and Morrigan were both heartbroken after Gaia's death.

As she stayed with Nate, she took control of all Charms old information, and fathered her own network, she trained Morrigan to follow in her footsteps, but allowed her daughter her space. She died at an age in which she was gaining wrinkles, and enjoyed every one. (in her late sixties early seventies)

Well, I missed out on all the climactic fights, story evolutions, etc. Yet Rainbow Fox asked me to do an epilogue anyway, here goes.
(Reminder for this to make sense: Seigyo was last seen in Tokyo with a woman named Vulkin under his control. Also as a reminder, his first name was Zerich, it will be used a lot in the following scenes.)

Seigyo
Seigyo, having missed out on whatever went on, moved to Las Vegas. He spent his time at the casinos using his powers to cheat, keeping Vulkin around to protect him whenever he got caught. Eight years later, at the age of 25 Seigyo finally decided to release Vulkin, to try to give her her life back. The moment he did she gave him a tight hug.

Seigyo was shocked by this reaction. "What are you hugging me for Vulkin? I've basically stolen the past 8 years from you. You used to have a life."
"I wouldn't say stolen, I've gotten to torch buildings, torch people, cause so much destruction because of you! The only thing I'm not happy about is that I could never gain enough control over my body to say thank you."
Seigyo gave her a wildly confused look. "You mean... you liked torching everything, you liked all the times that we took out the mafia members and cops? You liked being forced to serve me?"
"I wouldn't say liked," she kissed him on the cheek, "I loved it. All the times you've taken control of the police officers to clear us off their lists, all the times you've took control of dealers to cheat me royal flushes, all the times you've..." she pulled him closer, "all the times you've treated me with respect, even if it was sarcastic and mocking, all the times you've told people to back off of me in the streets, you've had me as your slave and not once did you ever ask me to do something I wouldn't want to do."
Seigyo awkwardly returned the hug, "well if that's how you feel..." In all my years of being in people's minds, this girl's is still the weirdest.
"I want to stay with you Zerich, I want to stay as your partner in crime, I... I want to marry you."
Seigyo's purple eyes went wild. I've spent the last 8 years of this woman's life as her master and now I learn that she's enjoyed it... the heck? She wants to marry me?
"Yes... we can be like Bonnie and Clyde... Eh, Vulkin... that... marriage part... are... are you serious?"
"Yes, I am. We are in Vegas, we can get it done tomorrow, tonight even. Tonight even..." her tone switched to seduction.
"The Stockholm is strong with this one..." he muttered, "Vulkin, you know by now that I have no interest in... in that."
"Zerich, please?" She looked at him with her fiery eyes, eventually they started looking like that of a puppies.
"Fine." Seigyo let out a resigned sigh. "We can get married."

And so they got married, Seigyo being... Seigyo... slept on the couch every night by his choice. Except one night that Vulkin finally convinced him to come to bed, the result was a girl with charcoal black hair and fiery red eyes. If she ever asks how we met, it was at a super hero convention. 5 years later Vulkin died and Seigyo vanished, leaving their daughter without a family. She never felt alone though, there was always a voice in her head that gave her comfort when she was worried. The voice stopped when she was 20, the last words she heard from it was, "I'm sorry." The next day the body of a 51 year old Japanese man was found dead, lying over the grave of Vulkin Siegyo. Two notes were found, scribbled in Japanese. One was a message for his daughter, explaining all that had happened. The other: I still think you must be a Martian Man-hunter, Morph.
