Leveling Skills...Specifically destruction..,

Is there any way to quickly level a skill such as destruction? i am on pc...if it makes a differeence, and i dont want to use the console. ANd another question...where can you purchase frenzy??? ive looked and looked, and cant find it.

Many suggest making a low-level damage fatigue spell to cast on yourself.

I'm not sure about destruction, but I recently discovered that restoration seems to go up a lot faster if it's actually healing lots of hit points. I think that might be the same case with destruction. Maybe alternating damage and healing spells on a monster would do the trick faster and simultaneously crank up your Restoration skill.

maybe a disintegrate armor/ weapon on self... would increase your armorer too, if that's what you want anyway.
