Mostly roleplay, but I'd say curiosity/need of exploration was a big part of it when I first started playing.

Quest reward/curiosity but now that I have beaten the game to the point of excess it's 100% quest reward.

For me it's roleplaying/curiosity. I am always looking for places that appear in the lore.

I get motivated by all of those. Normally, not necessarily completion-ism and role-playing on the same character, but yeah.
