Having a little resolution problems in DOSBox

I've been trying to run games in fullscreen mode in DOSBox, however when playing them the colours on my screen go out of control and everything goes crazy and rainbow coloured like I'm on an acid trip. It really sucks because Arena is no fun unless it's in fullscreen and I can't even play Daggerfall without it being in fullscreen due to mouse issues. Has anyone else had this problem? I've looked everywhere and can't find a way to ajust the resolution for DOSBox.

I'm on a 19 inc LCD flatscreen by the way.

This only happens while playing Arena?

Arena is the worst. Other games just tend to flicker different tints of colour, Arena goes insane.
