Just 2 things that I noticed that you should update:

On another note, I've noticed that the number of rps has reduced by about half from when I first put this thread up. If anyone had any template formatting suggestions or any suggestions this would be the perfect time (even though suggestions are always welcome).

I don't know if the "Creator" line necessarily needs to be there, as most of the time the DM is also creator. Other than that it looks fine to me.
