I'm glad that the Flood have gone. While I loved the story of them, they were annoying as hell to fight (halo 3; couldn't get past floodgate on Legendary, for this reason)

I played Reach to death, 253 hours so far to be exact, but for the most part, while the TU earlier this year helped, it was still Reach, and the people that liked bloom, and everyone else like that, they couldn't isolate that fanbase, but 343i knew that if it went on any longer Bungie would isolate the hardcore fanbase, and so that's the way it went. It's a great game, but it's far the legendary multiplayer game it was in Halo 3, and that's coming from someone who only played 59 hours of it, and never got addicted like I did with Reach, due to Reach's non-skill based, Credit system. /rant
I was talking to a friend on facebook who says that Halo 4 was trying to appeal to the CoD gamers. Simply because of the unlock system. I'm not sure why. You know about the new armour ability? Many people hate it...I more than welcome it

it'll spice things up in CQB thats for sure.

This is a very good thing. Halo 3, in particular, was slow, but it was intended that way. It made you think, rather than gunning it half way across the map. I was a bit worried that Reach would abuse the sprint in terrible ways...it didn't, and I doubt that 4 would do that either. Essentially everyone now has TWO armour abilities, because of this...AWESOME!
