Kerin smiled. "It's a good thing too." He sighed. "No ship voyage is complete without a good ship sinking."

The insult flew right over Per's head. The answers had left him even uneasier, but he still decided to stay on deck to see The Imperial City get smaller and smaller on the horizon.

Beorn

The ship that Beorn had intended to go on had already departed, leaving him and Sam at Imperial City. Cursing, Beorn noticed another boat. On further inspection, he found that it was destined to Morrowind. After much debate with Sam, they agreed to board the ship. Luckily, the tickets purchased prior to the depature of the ship that they had missed allowed them entry on the ship named Nerevar's Prowess.

Sam went to his room and, after tossing his bag on the floor, lay down on the bed and stared at the ceiling.

[MARS]

Okay guys (Pom and Gandalf), I'm going to have to ask you to make your posts a little less half-assed. You got to the ship. How? The ship-master is dead, so you can't have gotten a ticket from him. How about you bought your passage eariler, for another ship, but boarded Nerevar's Prowess by accident? That would work much better and your posts wouldn't be so out of the blue.

Suran

"This city looks nice," Llevana commented, as she and Llela were making their way down into its heart.
"And the people seem friendlier too. How come?"

Suran

Llela shrugged lightly. "I dunno." She said, before grinning impishly. "Maybe if they feel stressed, they blow off some steam at Desele's"

[Gandalf]

"Well, if you know of any good places, I'd love to have something to eat," Llevana replied.


Nerevar's Prowess

The ship undocked and went to sea.

From across town, they could hear the sounds of an auction taking place. Llela visibly reddened in embarrassment, and to a degree, shame.

[MARS]

Llevana noticed.

"What happened?" she asked, perplexed.

[Eltee]

Suran

"Uhh... It's a slave auction." Llela said dully.

"Ah... Deseles has surprisingly good food. We could go there...?" She added, trying to change the subject.

[MARS]

Suran

"Oh," Llevana said. "Um...yeah, let's...go...there."

She let Llela take the lead and kept her eyes on the ground as they were walking. Once inside and seated, she kept her eyes on her plate. She would have liked to say something, but her mind was empty.

Nerevar's Prowess

"Well then," Gudrun said to everyone, as they were standing in a hallway below deck. "We're on the ship."

Desele's

The distinctive smell of Moon Sugar hung in the air, and three nude dancers gyrated on poles, a Nord, a Redguard, and a Breton.

Llela tried to restart conversation.

"Uhh... You okay?" She asked.

[MARS]

"Yeah," Llevana replied. She finally took her eyes off her plate and looked at Llela. "I just don't have anything to say...no news when we're together all day." She laughed half-heartedly.

[Eltee]

Llela sighed, disheartened. She decided not to point out that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Vana, and she sure as hell wanted to talk to her over dinner every night as if they were in that bar in Cheydinhal.

"Okay." She said, attempting to keep her optimistic tone. "From here on in, I think it will be more like an adventure than a trip. Molag Mar is dangerous enough to keep you on your toes."

[MARS]

"Considering that we got together in order to adventure, we haven't done a whole lot of adventuring..." Llevana pointed out. Her expression seemed to light up a little bit.

"It was probably just the nothing-doing that made me feel like this," she added.

[Eltee]

Llela reached out, and took Vana's hand. "I'd launch a solo invasion of Dagon's Deadlands if I knew it would keep you excited. If I knew it would keep that spark in your eye."

[Per]

Per was already feeling sea-sick. He face was greenishly pale. "How long til we're there? I don't like this."

[MARS]

Nerevar's Prowess

"A few days, if the wind is good," Gudrun replied, seemingly oblivious to Per's discomfort.

"Why don't we all go up onto the deck and take a look at how the crew works?" she proposed.

Suran, Debel's

"I had best keep the spark there, then, lest you do something immensely stupid," Llevana teased.
