Re: Frenzy not working?
Okay, just trying to find out why its doing this...
wonder if frensy and rally only work together.... all the hints for mass fights say you NEED rally to do it, so try that? make a spell with rally and frensy?
may not work but its something, if it works then we know something is up beside frensy "not working" its just not working the way it should.

Re: Frenzy not working?
I doubt it's that because even on enemy's who always fight/are aggressive, they don't attack their friendlies even though they'll glow red.Wolfie wrote:Okay, just trying to find out why its doing this...

Re: Frenzy not working?
As I've said before, even enemies that do attack normally will just sit there attacking me, even when I'm hidden, fire a frenzy on them, they glow red, and instead of attacking their friends wait for me to pop out.Wolfie wrote:I know but maybe its not frensy but the agresion of NPC's thats messing up

Also, just launched oblivion to try it. No luck, rally + frenzy did not set off frenzy.

No problems whatsoever with installing.Wolfie wrote:Did you enconter Any problems wioth installing?

Simply deleted the old one, had retail with no DLCs or expansions, didn't want to go through all the troubles of finding DLCs and expansions for retail so I just grabbed them on steam.

Re: Frenzy not working?
I'm having the same problem. Level 25 (max) frenzy w/ 100% effectiveness. I'm level 13 casting it on Caelia Draconis in the barracks, and she just glows and nothing else happens except everyone (except her) gets out of bed and switches places. Weird.

Re: Frenzy not working?
The classic issue with Frenzy is that your victim needs a 'target'. If your victim was a naturally hostile person like a Bandit, they will attack other Bandits because they were always looking to pick a fight— suddenly the Bandits around them looked tempting enough to kill.
In the case of civilians, Frenzying them won't do much unless they were really inclined to fight someone in the first place. With guards it's even more hinky, and Caelia is a guard.
