Is there a mod so that we can keep track on how many level we have trained on our skills since previous level? I found it annoying to check how many skill points I have learned by taking screenshots each level up to get 5x multiplier (I use 5/5/1).

You know, it's much easier to use a pen and a piece of paper than the screenshots... 
Just keep the list of all your skills (grouped by the governing attribute and with minors/majors marked in some way so you can keep track of them and not level up too soon) next to your computer. Make a mark every time you get a skill increase and come up with an easy to notice mark to indicate that you've already got 10 skill increases in one group. And clearly separate the old and already used increases from the new ones that count for the next level.
All you need is one sheet of paper, two different colour pens and three minutes of your time. Sometimes the lo-tech solutions are really the best.
