I download and installed it. Now im getting 'This application has failed to start because d3dx9_43.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.'

Did you try to install DirectX 11? Because it's not compatible with Windows XP. The latest one you can get is DirectX 9c, I think.PoiBlazer wrote:MGSO Ver. 2.0.1

And I believe MGSO requires 9 anyways. Shouldn't be an issue.
