I'm taking a gap year and trying to figure out what I want to study at uni or if I even want to go to uni. And I need to redo my maths matriculation because I suck at maths and failed it.

These damn freshmen are clogging my goddamn halls for a third time.

Some of them don't even reach my elbow. I like the supremacy I can get with some though. They move out of my way and I can be all, "I need a pen, man. Can I use that?" But seriously, there's more freshmen this year than seniors last year.

Odd. I go to a school of only about 400 kids, so yeah, I don't really notice class sizes.

I got to a school of 1,000 kids in a building with less than 3,000 square feet. Our "campus" has one building, which does not even look like a school. If you drive by it, it really looks like a bank or some office building.

That being said, hallway congestion is horrible.

There's a school a few blocks from my house with, IIRC, about 2,500 students... it's like a mini college!

Yeah, you're probably right, but that's only hearsay. To get there would be hazardous to your health, and would cause a lethal amount of boredom, and/or hypothermia.

I go to a school with well over 1000 students in a building that was designed by a prison architect. If you imagine, prisons aren't exactly designed to allow a large amount of people to pass through one area at one time.

My school was formerly a factory, now gutted and totally redone inside. We've got circa six hundred students right now, and yet we're operating at around 1/7 of capacity. Wrap your mind around that.

I was once in a class that consisted of 12 students...hehehe.

My first graduate class is tomorrow! I've been reading all sorts of things on teaching principles for it, which is a little dry to read but I'm hoping will be better in discussions. I'm pretty excited but not sure what it will be like, but I think being in a competitive environment will be a nice change of pace. The amount of opportunity at my school is utterly amazing. I can't wait to tap into it!

I am now in 10th grade , and this year is going to be hard , because in my country , in order for me to be able to study anything involving science or mathematics (Medicine , Engineering , Architecture , and so on) i have to not only get high marks in my Science subjects , but stupidly i also have to have high marks in Arabic and Religion (im atheist  ) , and i am good at all sciences , and terrible at arabic and religion

Otherwise i will be forced into Literary (see , i can even spell it !!!!) studies , and thus will be stuck with a job as a teacher at best :|
