There's another thread for Oblivion, so I'll start one like this here. Post links to the Morrowind mods you created.
Here are mine (under the username Lendrik)
Ambient Town Sounds for Morrowind
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/V ... il&id=7440
This mod adds ambient sounds to most of Morrowind's populated places - towns and villages, taverns, guildhalls, temples and other public places. I hope these are subtle enough and fit harmoniously within their setting. From taverns full of drunkards, to the hushed murmur in temples, to the resonant ambience in forts and castles - all such areas received their own treatment.
Quieter UI Sounds
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/V ... il&id=7446
This simple mod lowers the volume of the majority of UI sounds, such as picking up/dropping and equippping/unequipping items in your inventory. I found the default volume a bit too loud and annoying, especially when you're fiddling around with your inventory a lot.
New: Alternative Rat Sound
http://morrowind.nexusmods.com/mods/42221
This mod replaces the rat's "moan" sound (which is what you normally hear when the rat goes about its business and is not attacking you). I felt that the original sound makes rats sound like seagulls. The new sound is a more appropriate high-pitched squeaking, which is what you hear in real life when there are some rats or mice about.

Re: Forum members' mods
Mods used or mods made?
For mods used for gameplay, I play the game entirely vanilla, except for the mod I am making with some friends and obviously have to use for testing.
As for mods made by me, I have just one: The aforementioned mod made with my friends, although I am planning a detailed, quest driven mod with Whispend from the wiki.
Its not fancy since it was my first time in the CS (which is amazingly easy to use. Had this thing down in about 2 hours). It's merely a tavern occupied by us (as in, myself and my friends in the IRC). Eventually, there will be simple quests implemented for random members and people will be added to new locations since my pub is crowded. Mod's on my wiki userpage (User:Eric Snowmane), and I am too lazy to link it.

Re: Mods made by you.
@wildespace: Your mods sound cool. I like the fact that they implement more subtle changes. I'll have to give them a try sometime.
