Frosty its a reference to Hodor a character in GRRM Song of Ice & Fire series. He is 7' tall and can only say Hodor.

Chris Nolan really needs to release a special edition where Bane's demise isn't quite so--- sudden. I reckon he earnt a more badass outro than being schwacked by Catwoman. Although being 'schwacked' by Catwoman actually sounds okay. What does 'schwacked' in this context mean? Who can say!
