Oh, it's that? I wouldn't call it realistic and beautiful. I'd call it opaque and green. It conflicts with a mod I have installed, and the fix didn't work. Maybe the patch will help.

I don't understand what went through Bethesda's head when they made this patch. How many people even use Kinect for this game? There are so many bugs in my game that need fixing. I guess saying Unrelenting Force in spanish is more important than fixing the game.

Heck right now I'd settle for marrying serana and getting the perk from esbern's potion. our wiki says it fixed the potion but I have seen no results. Then throw out ysolda and bring in the vampire girl. Oh and fix the word walls.
I would be a procrastinator, but I keep putting it off.

The water shader crash I believe just affects the ps3. Every time it loads the under water screen it freezes. In the shallows I'm ok or if I'm on a horse with the screen panned high so I'm looking down on myself, I'm good. As soon as the screen goes under water... BAM! Freeze.

There was a fix for it. I'm trying to recall that.

I'm on a PS3 and just got the 1.7 patch; Thursday 9 August, at around 8pm PST time.

I still get the underwater crash. I also started the game from the beginning; i.e., selected New Game rather than Continue or Load game.

It's rather a show stopper for me because there are several important quests that require swimming or going under water.

I've personally never had this glitch, but then again I have never had any game stopping bugs. I may be one of the lucky ones.

PS3 specific information wrote:Improved visual transition when going underwater. There is a major problem related to the underwater fix, the game would freeze any time you attempted to go underwater.

To solve this issue you need to delete your Update and Game Data in the Game Data Utility; then redownload the Update and reinstall the Game Data. Game Data is not your Save Data, your progress is safe.
Hope this helps.

For this to be a open world game it has a lot of game killers... If I explore a dungeon and kill a bad guy then a faction ask me to kill that same bad guy I. Can't further my advancement in that faction cuz the guy. Is already dead... Thumbs down... Game killer... I started over... Game has become very liner to me... It's like I have to follow a quest or suffer advancement from factions... Lame

Anyone got a clue when 1.7 is out for PS3'ers in Australia. I've done some googling but can't find anything. Because until that's released we can't get Dawnguard, and it's been nearly two months since 360 got it and two weeks since PC got it. I want my crossbow.

I know Xbox has been getting special treatment, but Bethy really needs to fix the summon Durnehviir shout, it never works for me

Hey I'm just the messenger, so don't shoot me. And I've had 1.7 for more than two weeks, mounted combat is over rated, it fixes little bugs, and unless Dawnguard came out soon, do not download it.(I'm basically saying don't download it.)

Try aiming at the ground, and make sure you have enough room/space. My game would only allow me to shout the first two words (barely), until I discovered that shouting at an open-enough space on the ground just in front of me allowed him to appear.

Started a new Skyrim character after many months. Does anyone know if the Louis Letrush quest has been fixed? I don't want a bunch of clones marring Whiterun.
