Hello. I have a question. Why was my page proposed for deletion?
To find the page, since links aren't allowed, simply go to the search box on the site and type in exactly "Useful Outfits".
How can I get rid of that "Proposed for Deletion" mark?
Why is this proposed for deletion?

The page I get when I do that is empty, so what's the point of having it?
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Useful_Outfits <--is this what you're talking about?
Then there's this page: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/User:Lord_Baran/Useful_Outfits which also confuses me. Is this a page you made for your personal use? It certainly doesn't uphold the style guide.

That's what I don't understand either. When I go to the page, it goes to the page with that first box. It has no page information, just that annoying little sqaure saying the page has been proposed for deletion. Then I click the second link you provided, which is just underneath that box, which takes me to the actual page.
Is there any specific reason it splits the page into two just to show that it's proposed for deletion?
EDIT: Forgot your last question, sorry. At first I did make this as a way of holding information on all of my current outfits on Oblivion, then my friend said it'd be great if he could post his armor collection. Then I changed it to make it to where anyone could put their custom outfits there. (Kind of like the Spells pages on the main part of the UESP.)

Well, it seems to me that someone tried to make the 1st page redirect to your user page. Since it a) isn't doing that and b) I'm not sure Oblivion pages are supposed to redirect to personal pages like that, it makes sense to me that it should be removed entirely.
Just a note--I suspect you'd get a more helpful response if you asked this same question on the page's talk page. Maybe link the talk page to this thread, so that a patroller will at least notice it. I don't really know anything about the wiki editing side of this site, and the people active there might not see this thread.
Edit: Here are some pages you should look at:
