Forbidden Legend quest problem

Hey guys, I have a problem:

When I did the first quest of the college of winterhold a few bugs stopped me from progressing through Saarthal as a regular player. So I was forced to use the console command "setstage" to pass the quest. Unfortunately, that leaves Jyrik Gauldurson very well alive and with the blue thingy still active, even though the eye isn't there anymore, and neither is Toldfir. So that leaves an ethereal Jyrik Gauldurson and no way at all to complete the Forbidden Legend quest. Is there a way to get passed this?

Well, if you're already using the console...You can use the console commands to kill Jyrik and then loot him for his amulet fragment. OR, you can just use console commands to add the amulet fragment into your inventory. I'm not a PC player, so I forget the commands (/kill and then clicking on Jyral and pressing enter should kill him, though, I remember that much) and you can probably find the commands/item codes on the wiki.
