I don't like it- The point of Arrow in the knee is to make you /really/ good at Archery, while Weakening. your legs. BTW Leveling up's probably going to work like this, Every Level, you can put Points into your Skills, and every five Levels you can choose a Perk, which are Traits in all but name >_> Example of a level 10 Perk:

Daedric, Sorta: Your Weapon gains an enchantment to Turn into a Daedric Weapon, for 60 seconds. May only be used thrice per day.

and a Level 30(If any gets that far) Perk: I'll be Back: You have Augmented yourself with Dwemer Tech, and are now the Terminator.(+5 to your 2 most advanced skills, +1 to every Attribute.

No, I work purely on magic, but I might pick up something on the way, and why am I slightly nervous about your ''plan''?

Spoiler:
Name: Jo'Mirr
Gender: Male
Age: 27 (107)
Race: Dagi Khajiit, Keelrlith Vampire
Appearance: Dark maroon coat with white underbelly/chin, dark grey striping, amber eyes (rounded pupils), no mane, maroon mustache
Sexuality: unknown
Biography: A freelance scout, particularly for ancient ruins, his main employer has been the Aldmeri Dominion in matters relating to ancient elven civilizations. An expedition into Dwemer ruins on the border of Skyrim a few years ago introduced a new love for technology alongside his passion for magic. His jovial and pleasant, he cares little for politics or anything outside his sphere of interests. In 4E131, on a small excavation along the Elsweyr-Valenwood border, his group of colleagues were unearthing early Aldmeri ward carvings when they were set upon by Keelrlith. The vampires killed most of the group, but were eventually driven back; unfortunately, the survivors all contracted the disease and their distance from civilization ensured their rebirth as undead. Jo'Mirr is the sole survivor that has, so far, evaded capture at the hands of local vampire hunters; using his profession and constant travel to mask his nature while feeding on small amounts of blood needed for his tiny frame.

Ok, Character done :)
Spoiler:
Name: Kylar Thorne
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Race: Bosmer
Appearance: Weathered. Kylar has spent a great amount of time in the wild, and as such looks well tanned, and has the occasional scar. His skin is a slightly brown tinged charcoal, he has jet black hair, and disturbingly beige eyes. Despite this, he still has a youthful appearance generally, and vague hints of his great athletisism.
Sexuality: Bi-curious
Biography: Kylar is a true Bosmer, Valenwood born and bred. His father was a hunter, and later a member of his local militia; it was from him that he learnt not just how to use a bow, but how to adapt its use to what you're doing: how to loose quietest, how to sling it out of the way, how to shoot from various strange positions, and even how to shoot while airborne. Kylar had taken to the skills of the woods like nothing his locality had ever seen, and was soon renowned for his skill in agility, stealth, and bowmanship. When it was his time to join the militia, he was told that he was to join the regional force instead, on account of his abilities. This didn't sit well with him, and he used the very skills he'd perfected to protect his people to hide from them. In long periods alone, he discovered many things of archery, and some of his kit is comprised of thing's he's either made, adapted, or found.
Starting Equipment
Armor: Leather boots, black cloth trousers, Shrouded Leather Cuirass, Leather bracers, Hood
Weapon(s): Dwarven crossbow, steel bolts
Shield (Not required): N/A
Alchemical Apparatus (Mortar, Pestle, etc. Not required): He keeps a basic mortar and pestle in his shoulder bag

I would love to join, here's my character sheet. If anything is wrong just give me a buzz. :D
Spoiler:
Name: Wush-Rei
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Race: Argonian
Appearance: Lighter skin, sort of a dark cream. Two larger horns and two smaller horns. Yellow eyes that give away little emotion. Fairly average in terms of attractiveness (for an argonian).
Sexuality: Straight
Biography: Born in the deep marshes of Black Marsh, Wush-Rei's mother was the resident wise-woman for her tribe. Schooled by her mother in her younger years in the arts of illusion and destruction she excelled at them and was in line to become the next wise-woman.

As part of her training, when she reached the age of fifteen, her mother sent her to her grandmother, who lived on her own in the deepest recesses of Black Marsh. At first she learnt basic spells to improve her knowledge, until one night when she couldn't sleep, she heard her grandmother chanting. She discovered her grandmother, standing over a body and performing some sort of ritual. Her grandmother was a necromancer, and a powerfull one at that. This didn't frighten the young Argonian, in fact it excited her and she watched with anticipation. When the ritual was complete and her grandmother turned around she spotted her grandaughter watching and, after recovering from her shock, beckoned her over. When Wush expressed her desire to learn the necromantic arts her grandmother was delighted. She began learning first how to reanimate small animals that her grandmother killed with magic. She advanced onto spells such as summoning skeletons, recovering only the spirit esscense of a dead humanoid to create a ghost, and how to trap the soul of a living organism. Finally, after 2 years of practice and learning, her grandmother presented her with her first dead body to reanimate. It was human, a young boy, no older than 12, imperial from looks of him. It took most of the day, but finally she mastered it. She had finally learnt how to reanimate humanoids to serve her.

After thanking her grandmother she returned to her mothers tribe. While overjoyed to see her, her mother sensed something different in her daughter. Wush-Rei found her self beginning to despise her mother and everyone in the tribe, they were weak and were beneath her. She left the tribe, to the disgust of her mother and the tribe, for the city of Gideon. Here she continued to practice her necromancy on the outskirts of the city, honing and improving her skills. She still kept i tuch with her grandmother, but she had practically disowned her mother. The local residents of Gideon knew of her activites but the war with Morrowind left the local authorites with much more important things to deal with. On one of her trips into town to purchase a few alchemichal ingredients, she was handed a letter by a courier. Someone in the Imperial City had heard of her skills and it seemed they needed someone like her to help with the rising Thalmor problem. While she disliked the Imperials, she knew that wherever the Legion goes, a trail of bodies would be left behind. Plenty of bodies that no one would care about if they went missing. Finally she practice her arts on humans, not the wild beasts of Black Marsh.

Starting Equipment
Armor: Plain Black Robe and Boots
Weapon(s): Steel Dagger
Shield (Not required):
Alchemical Apparatus (Mortar, Pestle, etc. Not required): Small stachel strapped to her waist, includes Mortle & Pestle. Focuses more on poisons then potions

Name: Lia the Muffled
Gender: Female
Age: 36
Race: Nord
Appearance: Dark black hair, small facial features, slim body
Sexuality: Straight
Biography: Lia has been hunting in Skyrim for years. Her more famous sister, Aela the Huntress, joined the Companions like the rest of her ancestors. But Lia rejected them, for she learned of the Lycanthropy that had strickened them. She's lived in a hunting camp in the Whiterun Hold for nearly a decade. She always wanted to become a Companion, but she has no respect for any abomination or daedra. She's worshipped Kyraneth and Stendarr her entire life, keeping a small shrine at her camp. She at one point organized a squad of fine men and women to defeat the Stormcloaks as an independent force that was seperated from the Empire. This ended in failure, as they disbanded after their first two encounters with Stormcloak camps. The clan of independent soldiers had been cut in half from casualties, so they decided to pit down their arms. She still longs for the day that she can fight for the good of Skyrim again. She keeps a strong respect for all races. She tolerates the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild, for she sees some honor and dexterity in their work. One day when she was hunting, she came upon the Dovahkiin's militia. This sparked her interest, so she decided to join them.

In that case, can Kerenan have a Wild Cat? It seems like the only option that one might find in the branches of Falinesti.
