So I started up a game of Diablo-II for old times sake... man this game looks so old now, I remember when graphics like this were top notch.

So far I'm a level 6 Assassin... that first boss is actually one tough cookie when you are melee.

Assassin sucks. Well, Trapsin is pretty damn strong actually. I prefer Paladin or Barbarian.

Can someone help? I've turned into an assassins creed addict again...

on a slightly unrelated note, does anyone know how to get Dungeon Keeper 2 to work on Win7? It keeps screaming at me, saying that it is not responding as SOON as I double click.

The cure = watch a trailer for Assassins Creed III.
You may vomit, as I did, and lose hope in the series.

@Raven:
If you build them right they can easily go through the difficulties. I'm avoiding using traps, going for martial arts combined with shadow skills. I've got it planned out... my experience with Titan Quest is helping out a lot, although the controls feel so damn weird and the skill layout is horrible.

I didn't really like the Barb, could never get into it. The necromancer and paladin however, awesome.

Stand up, yell "Nothing is true; everything is permitted," and run out like a boss.

I see...you're building a kicksin? I tried that...but the damage output wasn't spectacular... Especially considering when I played with Kalle who was a Fire Druid who kicked everythings ass.... I switched to Zealadin and loved it.

Can I not just shout "Requiescat in Pace" and throw the PC and run out, instead?

They've left the cool Renaissance Europe theme for the early days of the USA? WHY!? WWHHYY!?

That should work as well. Or smash the computer and mutter something about the Animus being too unstable.

@Raven:
Kicksin... good a name as any I suppose. It's possible you just invested in the wrong skills or did bad stat allocations, it's easy to mess up your character in D2. I'm glad they have added a stat/skill point reset to the game, means no more of this 'game over' business if you make a slight mistake like it use to be(that's how I remember it from the last time I played anyway).

The problem with fire/lighting/ice specialists is that later on there are so many mobs that are highly resistant or immune to one damage type. It's like the boss zombie I faced a minute ago, completely immune to frost.

Btw, 800x600 .... gah! I can actually see the individual pixels.

I actually have Titan Quest and it's actually pretty fun, just never got around to playing much of it. I don't even remember what class I chose.

The fact that they haven't released any gameplay, only a trailer means they're hiding the fact that its more of the same thing.
