How are the spambots found so easily? I haven't come across one.

1) Look at the bottom of the page, where it says:
Our newest member smithgarry

2) Then look for dumb names like: b5a1outletx4
3) Then click the link, and look for a website that is not personal, but business related
4) Also look for this:
