two questions on horses

I have two questions really. In the mod I have created (making myself a custom home), I have several horses. Everytime I go to my stables the horses arent their but outside the stables and outside of the fence surrounding the stable! I have watched them myself walk through the stable and onto the other side. How do i stop this?

My second question is how can I get my horses to be stabled as soon as I fast travel? I would like to fast travel to my house and get that message "Your horse is stabled outside..." and for them to be there. Does anyone know how to get them to do that?
