You can find them around the Soul Cairn in different chests on top of the bigger buildings. I'm not sure if they're random as I've only done it once, but just check the chests near those giant soul gem looking things.

go to a mage named falion in morthal and just do what he says to get rid of your vampirism

Didn't work :(

No option in the list.

I've already cured myself, the option never showed up. The only thing different is that she can turn me back into a VL.
Spoiler:
The option to get Serana to cure her vampirism comes up after you beat the Dawnguard side of the quest-line from what I've heard. You should get a speech option to tell her to go see Falion in Morthal and get cured. I still haven't beat the Dawngurd side so I don't know the specifics.

When I finished, I asked her about curing her Vampirism having been nice to her throughout and she got angry and told me to stop talking about it. But the dialogue is still there. Maybe you can do something for her to come round? If there is, it doesn't tell you.

is there a map of soul cairn anywhere yet? I can't even find Jiub. I've went down the steps and searched everywhere. Think I've found one of the pages and nothing else of note other than a chest with some decent loot that is below a stone that fires at you and some more loot near a device that creates black soul gems. Everything online mentions the bone yard. Am I looking in entirely the wrong place? where do I go from the steps/entrance?

The boneyard is on the far side. An easy way to find is is head away from the entrance to the castle and find the great wall that divides the map in half. Then run to the left or right until you hit the force field and take a long circle around the perimeter, you'll get there eventually.

Dammit. I found 9/10 of Jiub's Opus pages, but page 9 is missing. I go to where it should be, and it just isn't there. Does anyone know if there's any way to make it reappear?

Did you check the right spot. I thought it was missing myself, turns out it was on the ground beside the chest but the quest arrow looked like it was inside it. It was also in a bright area and very hard to spot.

oh , let me explain this , first you have to go to an inn , any inn , as a vampire , and speak to them about rumours , and eventually they should tell you about falion , after that the quest ''Rising At Dawn'' will be unlocked and you can ask him :)

I still don't know what the 'other massive area' is supposed to be. Is it to do with the quest 'Lost to the Ages' by any chance?

(The reason i didn't put that in spoilers is because it has nothing at all to do with the main quest).

Yeah, because you know how there's a soulgem right next to where it's at? I saw that, but not the page. I ran all around the chest looking for it on the ground. It is possible for it to give knocked away from a spell?

Spoiler:
Does Garan Marethi rule the Vampires? That may sound odd, but they have existed for thousands of years and none except him have patience, restraint, or brains. Instead, the vampire's behave as if they are teenagers half of the time. Much of the fighting that they do seems pointless. If Serana's Mother was an Expert in Necromancy, perhaps the Garan Marethi is a master of Illusion.
