So it turns out that the cosmetic changes do not appear for Beast Race vampire lords.

If I had known that Beth would ignore this bug in the beta, I would not have bought the DLC. I'm serious, this kills being a vampire for me.

So.....mad

Does anyone know if feeding as a normal vampire will weaken you in Vampire Lord form? It can be tedious only traveling at night.
Monsters are bred in labyrinths, labyrinths are bred from walls. There is a reason the Giants choose to remain nomadic rather than follow their shield kin the Nords in building permanent settlements. The Tower is the beginning of all walls.

I could imagine it would be very hard to cater for the cosmetic changes required to make an Argonian or Khajiit vampire. Aren't Argonians lore wise immune to disease? So really they would never become vampires.. I may be wrong.

They already have them for the regular stage 4 beast vampires. They just didn't bother to do it with Vampire lords. Either pure laziness or negligence by Bethesda

Isn't just beast vampires that can't get the changes, don't take it so personally. All "nightwalkers" can't because you are not alive. Just cure it and get it again.

Aside from curing vampirism no. It actually makes sense why you can't change your face as an undead being.

This isn't what I am talking about. I mean the automatic face changes you get when you become a vampire lord. Glowing eyes, fangs, etc

No. Not for argonians or any other race. Its one of those things that game designers do to make people have consequences for your actions. Do you want the vampire powers? You have to look the part :p.

Again, this was not what I was talking about. I do not mean the face changer in the ratway. I mean the cosmetic changes that come with being a vampire. Not from the face changer.

Yes. I know that, you cannot get rid of the eyes or the fangs, you have to deal with it or cure it there is no other wway. I'm sorry you cannot have it that way but you just can't either buy the pc version and get a mod or write a complaint.

I want to say they mean how vampires get a new look. As in NEW vamp look, not hey they're a vamp so they look vampiric now.

Also I think my argonian lost their slitted eyes... that they got because they were a vampire. =/

And as I have said three times now, NO, you cannot. You can't go back to the old way. Not without uninstalling DG.

I give it a 9.5/10

Thanks I have no problem with it. I have never played an argonian vampire, no cosmetic signs of vampirism would have made me mad

Sorry I'm just frustrated, I didn't mean to take it out on you. Honestly I think vampirism makes argonians look epic.

From everything I have heard I agree. I was starting to go into a nerdy fury when I thought they didn't get the cosmetic vamp changes

Bear in mind that i haven't completed it yet, i'd give it a 9.5 out of 10. Though that could very well go up when i complete it. Seriously, i cannot WAIT to finish that side quest. Just have to wait until July 8th or 9th.

just made a new character to go back through the vamp quest line, and I never noticed that you do get those orange glowing eyes (as a breton at least). Shame you don't get to smith crossbow bolts unless you side with the dawnguard. Double shame that when you go back to the place Isran doesn't seem to care or notice you're previous duty =.=
