Testing hall?

Is there a way to get into the testing hall without using a computer? Cause i have already fried my computer harddrive and i really want to get into the testing hall. Btw im using my ipod

I'm pretty sure it isn't possible to get into the debug room on the Xbox/PS3 version. You need access to the debug console or mods to get there and you only get those on PC.

Is it possible to use a librarys computer? I have a flashdrive, i just need a computer

You can't play Oblivion without installing it, and you won't be able to install it on a public computer. Anyway, I suspect that the library computer won't have much of a graphics card...
