Falmer Huntin'
It's Falmer season, and that means it's time to choose your favorite race and class to go huntin' them with.
My race of choice to hunt them would be Nord; my class would be Vampire. Immunity to poison, and (depending on what stage of vampirism I'm on) immunity to frost-magic.

Re: Falmer Huntin'
I use a Nord given their history with the Falmer and the fact that it's Skyrim province makes sense that an adventurer would seek out Falmer as they raid the surface, they wouldn't know what the Falmer are but would soon see them as a threat given the Markarth situation. Also like using a Khajit for the night sight power which means can see the little buggers.

Re: Falmer Huntin'
I think it's impossible to get 100% resistance to frost damage, though I could be wrong. Onto the question though. Nords are good choice lore wise and gameplay wise with their 50% frost resistance. I find bosmer fun as well, command animal can be used to turn those annoying charus reapers against their masters.
Re: Falmer Huntin'
Vampires are able to achieve magic immunity but only through means of lvl 70+ alteration and restoration and taking the Atronach and Necromage perks.. and using the Atronach stone. Resistance to any magical source caps at 85~%
I love hunting as an assassin with 500+ arrows. Hell I use iron/falmer/acient nord because those are what I find mostly and it doesn't really matter since my bow damage (and sneak attack) is often making up for the arrow dmg.
Vampire with the above mention skill perks and stone is added bonus.

Re: Falmer Huntin'
I hunt falmer on a several characters. My preferred method is to sneak on max range and fire a poisoned arrow from an echanted bow. I have noted that since many falmer are clustered together mind control illusion spells work like a charm.
Oh and Nord all the way if you go falmer hunting. And wear their armour as a trophy.
