The Way of the Voice: Chapter II

The Way of the Voice
Chapter II: A Shield Song
Please be warned that The Way of the Voice is an ADULT THEMED ROLEPLAY.

The year is 4E211.
Ten years ago, the Dragonborn saved the world, defeating the demigod Alduin on the fields of Sovngarde itself. Shortly afterward, something amazing happened: All across Skyrim, young children began to exhibit qualities similar to those of the Dragonborn. It was a phenomenon unique throughout the history of Tamriel. These children were taken in by the masters of the Thu'um, the Greybeards, to teach them to master their gift. Over the years, the Temple grew into a great place of learning, teaching the Way of the Voice, scholarly subjects, and also attracting trainers and teachers of magic, stealth and martial combat.
You are one of these students, and from a young age you have trained in this Temple above the clouds, preparing you for your destiny.

SUMMARY
Spoiler:
Disaster befell the students when the monastery was suddenly attacked by warriors, clad in midnight black ebony armour and riding dragons. The monastery was destroyed, and all of the junior students were killed, brutally beaten and often raped. The worst thing that befell them, however, was the capture of their very souls.

Through luck, fear, and the intervention of the Greybeards, the Dragonborn and the Dragon Odahviing, the senior students managed to escape through the maze of caves within the mountain. They were alone, and they had nothing but the frenzied command to reassemble in Whiterun in a weeks time.

The students were separated into five groups, each emerging from the tunnels in a different part of Skyrim, to face unique adventures during their voyage to the city of the plain.

The Nord Torolf, as well as his companions Varenrielle, Beorn, Celugu, Elle and Matilde, emerged on the northern shores of Lake Ilinalta. After a period of travel, they discovered an ancient Nordic puzzle of shifting blocks. Thye crafty Bosmer Celugu ended up solving the puzzle, exposing a silver and emerald amulet. when the Bosmer took it, however, all of them were blasted into unconsciousness.
They awoke, paralyzed, in the dank, dark chambers of a Nordic Ruin. The self-proclaimed King of Falkreath, a Necromancer by the name of Jaekar, fondled Celugu and Torolf before introducing them to his wife, a Draugr. After they were allowed some freedom, the found themselves in an underground city of death, of necromancy and of unnatural slavery, all in the name of a perverted cult of Mara.
The group freed a slave, and managed to escape, emerging in the forests of western Falkreath hold. They found shelter at Fort Sungard, with the Imperial garrison there. Torolf and Varen explored their fledging relationship, while Beorn and celugu argued over Celugu's proposal for her to share her maidenhead with a handsome Redguard mercenary. Eventually, they decided against it, and Beorn rather clumsily took her virginity. He quite enjoyed it, while the same can't be said for Celugu, who was pained by it immensely.
In the middle of the night, the fort was attacked by Stormcloaks in overwhelming strength. Although all fought bravely, the garrison was overrun and forced back into the keep's tower. As the Stormcloaks were literally bashing down the door, they were set upon and slaughtered almost to a man by the Forsworn. The Forsworn allowed the Imperials to escape to Rorikstead.
After an uncomfortable night in a Rorikstead pasture, the group was led by a Solitude cavalry captain on horseback to the gates of Whiterun. After some clever pickpocketing by Celugu, they appropriated the tokens they needed to enter the city, and found room and board at the Bannered Mare.

Andre and his friends Gradnar, Erandil, Robent and his wife of a few hours Jilly emerged near Jilly's home of Ivarstead, and they stayed at her house. They confronted bandits in the pass south of the Throat of the World, but managed to avoid confrontation. In Helgen, Gradnar found Imperial armour, and they continued north past Riverwood. They built a cairn for fallen Imperial soldiers, gaining the favour of the gods, and continued to Whiterun. Andre used his ancestry, and a good deal of yelling, to get them into the Plains district, where the found lodging at the Bannered Mare.

Zorah and her friends Arianna, Daiban and Shyyt found themselves on a rocky col of the massive mountain they had lived in so long, surrounded by swirling snows and freezing winds. They found shelter in the above-ground portion of a Nordic ruin, which they soon discovered was occupied by bandits. They agreed to share the shelter for the night, and they came under attack by a small patrol of 'Bears,' as the Bosmeri bandit irriwen termed the Stormcloaks. Victory was hard-won, at the cost of the life of one of the bandits.
They descended through a narrow pass through the mountains, bypassing the burg of Helgen. They detoured slightly, following a passage through the mountains slightly to the west to avoid the Stormcloak town of Riverwood. they heroically defeated a troll, and traversed the plains to Whiterun. They took advantage of a scuffle at the gate to slip into the inner district, where they found rooming at the Bannered Mare.

Ashna, Saia, Alester, Dravesi, Naepthta and Agrathor emerged from the caves in northern Eastmarch, near the Law-Bringer controlled town of Darkwater Crossing. They met Dirich's wife Mjoll, and received weaponry and armour in the Law-Bringer style. During their northward travels, they were assailed by a dragon named Dokbruniik. Through their combined efforts, he was brought down after Saia managed to blind him. They learned he was an adolescent who followed Paarthurnax, and he informed them of a sect of the dragons termed the Dissidents. Dokbruniik was allowed to escape, and they continued onward. They snuck past a confused battle between entrenched bandits and Whiterun troops, before entering Whiterun. Mjoll got them into the inner city, and allowed them to stay in Breezehome. They met Lydia and the Dragonborn's daughter, Ljanna. Naepthta was brought to the temple to treat the wounds he suffered fighting the dragon. Alester returned to his parents' house, deciding to forget all about his life of adventure, while Dravesi caught a cold. In the morning, the Dragonborn's family was gone.
Ashna and Saia got into an argument, that in a roundabout manner led to a confrontation with crooked guards and both of their capture. Meanwhile, Naephtha and Agrathor explored the city alone, buying supplies.
Ashna and Saia were eventually released by the Captain of the Guard, Irileth, and brought before the Jarl. They were informed that the two guards that had wronged them were suspected of many crimes, and that a trial making an example of them was to be held. Saia snuck off into the cellars and used her Old Magicks to torture and drive mad one of the guards. At the trial, one of the men was executed and one was lashed and exiled. Naephtha and Agrathor witnessed the event, and met with their companions. Together, they made their way to the Bannered Mare.

Iain and his companions Lenicus, Taaz-Jei, Ralos, Hasira and Ketiley emerged from the caverns on the southern border of Whiterun's tundra, within eyeshot of their destination, Whiterun. However, they were apprehended by a band of Grey-Manes under the command of a man named Holdrien, seconded by Ralof. They were taken to Riverun, and held for the night, before being questioned by the Stormcloak pretender to the title of Jarl of Whiterun.
After being allowed escape, they reached Whiterun with little difficulty, but that was where their true adventure began. They were unable to gain entrance to the inner part of the city, and were confined to the squalid slum, the Dirt District. They spoke to a prostitute named Tyla, who directed them to a brothel, named the Meri Berry.
A shady Dunmer by the name of Karly made a deal with them, agreeing to have residency chits forged for them if they did her, and by extension the working girls of the city, a favour.
They were contracted to hunt down, and kill, a man who had been systematically raping and killing prostitutes.
Meanwhile, Hasi's affection for Ketiley was quickly growing into a crush, unknown to the Nord. Ralos explored the Dunmeri quarter of the city, meeting a girl named Llela.
After a frantic investigation, they used what they gleaned about their murderer to lure him into a tap, using the girl Tyla as bait. She worked almost too well, and she was abducted and violated before they were able to rescue her and kill her assailant. Unknown to anyone, Hasira was slowly seduced by Bal, promising her a beautiful future with Ketiley.
After they fulfilled their contract, receiving passes as well as money, Iain and Taaz-Jei spent a night in the Berry with two enthusiastic girls, Ralos convinced Llela to join them, and Lenicus, Hasira and ketiley spent the night at the bannered Mare. In the morning, all of them made their way to the inn.
WORLD INFO
Skyrim is still divided by the Civil War, although it has been cold war since the Treaty of High Hrothgar was signed a decade ago.
Spoiler:
Holds
Haafinheim
Solitude remains Imperial to the core, under High Queen Elisef the Widow. The hold is relatively peaceful, with the exception of Fort Hraggstad, which was seized by the Stormcloaks and menaces the northwest of the hold, and frequent marauder and pirate attacks (labelled 'privateer by the Stormcloaks) along the coast. The hold has grown both in population and prosperity, largely due to an influx of Cyrodiilic immigrants. Dragon's Bridge is prosperous, and has more than doubled in size.

Eastmarch
In Eastmarch, after the loss of the Rift at the Treaty of High Hrothgar, there were widespread food shortages. This led to rationing and, of course, preference was given to the Nordic population. After the starvation of more than a dozen Dunmer and Argonians, there were a series of major riots in Windhelm. In the so-called "Tenth of Evening Star" massacre, over fifty Dunmer and Argonians were slaughtered by overzealous Stormcloak guards. After this, many were dragged from their homes and executed without trial on trumped up charges. Those Dunmer and Argonians that remained alive fled the city, and founded a resistance from a secret hideout high in the Velothi Mountains. They name themselves the Free Easterners. The only thing that could make the two races come together, it seemed, was a regime that slaughtered their friends and family. Brunwulf Free-Winter has likewise mounted a resistance, headquartered in Kynesgrove.

The Reach
The Reach was handed over to the Stormcloaks after the Treaty, and, as feared, discrimination against Reachmen intensified to a level unheard of since the incident more than thirty years before. As a result, Forsworn resistance has intensified, as the Reach rebelled against Ulfric's tightening fist. In a major, recent scandal, Jarl Thongvor Silver-Blood was abducted by the Forsworn, and immolated in one of his own silver foundries. One of the kidnappers evidently had a sense of humour, and, in the Jarl's own blood, wrote the words Blood & Silver at the foot of the foundry. Ulfric sent his lieutenant Galmar Stone-Fist to take up the mantle of 'military governor' in Markarth, and conditions for Reachmen that remain in the city have worsened even more. Karthwasten is under control of the Forsworn.

The Rift
The Rift was handed over to the Empire in the Treaty, with Jarl Maven Black-Briar replacing Laila Law-Giver. The new regime was unimaginably corrupt, imposing high taxes, and fully allowing the Thieves Guild to function, using the gang as an untraceable secret police. Murder and thievery are unpunished... If the perpetrator is in Maven’s pay. Which they usually are. The angry people of the Rift formed a resistance, and rescued the deposed Jarl from Maven's prison. Soft, kind Laila Law-Giver had been tortured and starved, and emerged a new woman, cold and angry. She dubbed herself Laila Law-Bringer, and the rebellion that formed around her termed themselves the Law-Bringers. Men and women of every race joined the movement, hatred of the Jarl overriding everything. The rebellion controls Shor's Stone and Darkwater Crossing, as well as much of the rural Rift. However, Maven controls Riften and all of the hold's forts. Although the Law-Bringers have won many small battles, they are still reeling after a massive defeat after their failed attempt to take Riften. They were cut off by the unexpected arrival of an Imperial fleet, in the catastrophic Battle of Lake Honrich. As the Rebels lick their wounds, the Rift remains in turmoil.

Falkreath
Falkreath's Jarl, Siddgeir, was assassinated shortly after the treaty was signed, and the throne fell to his deposed uncle Dengeir. He immediately declared his Stormcloak allegiance. Six years after taking the throne, he died of a massive heart attack while in bed with a fourteen year old girl from the village. The hold was thrown into chaos, and there is no clear bearer of the title of 'Jarl,' though there are four different claimants, one supporting Balgruff, one Ulfric, one the Empire and one declaring Falkreath's independence. There is also a necromancer from an unknown grotto in the Jeralls who attempts periodically to take the town in order to create an undead army from the graveyard. Most of the population has fled, leaving the ancient forest a warzone.

The Pale
Jarl Skald of Dawnstar died in 4E203 of a severe toe infection. By popular demand of the small city's citizens, ex-Legate Brina Merilis became the Jarl. She immediately declared for the Empire. However, most of the hold remains under Stormcloak control. In contrast to Falkreath, the war remains cold, with both sides avoiding the other, building strength, and waiting.

Hjaalmarch
Amazingly, Igrod Ravencrone is still alive. She has aligned the hold into a loose alliance with Jarl Balgruff, declaring neutrality. The town has noticeably grown, but it is still isolated. Sorli the Builder has led Stonehills to considerable growth, to the point where its size rivals Morthal. The town operates as a base for Stormcloaks in the Pale and Hjaalmarch.

Winter Hold
Winterhold has grown considerably, with many citizens of Windhelm moving here and rebuilding the town after they left the violent, sad streets of Windhelm. It is still Stormcloak, and still anti-mage.

White Hold
Jarl Balgruff has declared total neutrality, renouncing his Imperial ties but also rejecting the Stormcloaks. Riverwood is the home of a Grey-Mane led Stormcloak resistance. Rorikstead is the site of a similar Imperial resistance under the Battle-Borns. All across the hold, there are infrequent cavalry skirmishes between the great clans, as well as with the Whiterun soldiers trying to keep the peace. The hold has gained control of the Lake Geir region, as Ivarstead decided to leave the war-torn Rift. Balgruff encourages the actions of the Greybeards, and tries to protect High Hrothgar.

Factions
Stormcloaks
The Stormcloaks have grown restless after a ten year long stalemate, and are often the instigators of skirmishes throughout Skyrim. Nord supremacist and racist ideals have intensified across Skyrim, especially in Eastmarch, but with the exception of the Rift. Even non-humans are taking up arms with the Law-Bringers to bring an end to Maven's tyranny. In the Reach, Stormcloaks go missing and are killed and wounded so often, it is nicknamed 'Madanach's Meat Grinder' in the east.

Imperial Legion
General Tullius ironically died of frostbite after falling through the ice on a pond near Morthal. He was replaced by Legate Rikke. In Cyrodiil, there have been widespread protests against the Skyrim war. As a result, most of the Imperial forces were withdrawn, with the exception of professional soldiers and veterans, the most highly trained soldiers in the Empire. The Legions, despite their inferior numbers, are usually successful against the Stormcloaks in skirmishes because of their experience and training. This also makes garrisoning a nightmare, forcing reliance on Nord recruits, the Hold's own armies, and even Nordic and Alik'r mercenaries.

The Thalmor

The Thalmor's presence in Skyrim has been greatly reduced, due to a series of rebellions in Anequina and Pelletine, as well as unrest in Summurset due to a series of sub-par crops and continuing drought.

The Dragonborn
The Dragonborn, a Nord, Dirich Dragonbane, defeated Alduin a decade ago, remaining neutral in the civil war, resolving it through the Treaty of High Hrothgar. He remained loyal to Paarthurnax, and in the years since the treaty, has helped the Greybeards' expansion of High Hrothgar into a training ground for the young children 'touched by Akatosh' after Alduin's demise. He meditates and teaches with the Greybeards, as well as goes on adventures periodically. He is married to Mjoll the lioness, and has a young child named Ljanna.

The Greybeards
After the discovery of the phenomenon of the children gifted with the Thu'um, the Greybeards devoted themselves to their instruction. Master Borri has passed away, and the others, while extremely old, still live. Paarthurnax continues his meditations in his perch.

The Blades
After they were rejected by the Dragonborn, the Blades reformed, gained new members, and continued their mission to keep Skyrim safe from Dragons. They bear no ill will for the Dovah'kiin, and ignore the Greybeards. The mercenaries Jenassa, Stenvar and Vorstag have joined the dragonslaying guild.

Dragons
Dragons have proven capable of breeding, and remain common throughout Skyrim.

Karly's Girls
The prostitutes and exotic dancers of cities across the province. They have close links with the Thieves Guild, and represent one of the three sides in the guild's internal power struggle. Friendly with Iain, Lenicus, Ralos, Taaz-Jei Hasira and Ketiley.

King Jaekar
A mad necromancer raising an army to conquer Falkreath from an underground city beneath Lake Ilinalta.

The ever so slightly pointed nose, her long auburn hair and full lips take the eyes away from her Dunmer brow, and her shapely body makes all forget about the colour of her skin. Her eyes are pitch black, for reasons she won't divulge.
Personality: Devious, ambitious with little regard for other's feelings it is hard for her to make true friends. Not that she cares. There are more important things than friendship. The arcane and the way of the voice are more important than anything.
1 Major Skill: Illusion
3 Minor skills: Destruction, Alteration, Conjuration
Freebie Shout: Yol
3 Other Shouts: Feim, Zun, Krii
Backstory: She was instructed in the ways of the arcane at a young age by her parents. They saw sending her to High Hrothgar as a way for her to increase her knowledge and power and didn't think long before casting her away without giving her a say in the matter. Though she was furious at her parents, she continued studying magic on her own, through books and notes they gave her as parting gifts. She treasures these notes to this day, even though she claims to hate her parents.
Username: Frost Mage
Name: Erandil
Spoiler:
Race: Altmer
Sex: Male
Age: 17
Birthsign: The Mage
Appearance: Dark blonde hair, down to his shoulders. 6 feet tall, narrow-medium shoulders, blue-green eyes.
Personality: Quiet, though assertive when he needs to be. He is slightly racist towards Argonians he does not know, but is overall accepting of all races. He is a connoisseur of fine foods, and is an avid cook himself. He looks down on bloated warriors, and much prefers magic and deception over outright bloody combat. (think Rarity )
Major Skill: Destruction
Minor Skills: Alteration, Speechcraft, Alchemy
Freebie Shout: Yol
Other Shouts: Iiz, Tiid, Feim
Backstory: Living in the Summerset Isle as a child, he was very interested in the Arcane. His father was a mage, and therefore taught him much. He specialized in Alteration and Destruction magic, and was very good at both. (hope this isn't too brief)
Username: Avron the S’wit
Name: Lenicus Sarillius
Spoiler:
Race: Imperial
Sex: Male
Age: 19
Birthsign: The Lord
Appearance: It seems entirely likely that Lenicus will mature into something rather handsome, if not rough around the edges. He has an oval face with a long, straight nose, high cheeks, and a thick chin, covered with a stubborn stubble, and wide brown eyes that are extremely observant. His mouth is thin, but usually curled into a smirk or grin. His hair, a rich mahogany, is kept in a loose ponytail behind his neck, where it ends between his shoulder blades. He is tall and a little heavy set, more muscular than lean.
Personality: An Imperial through and through, Lenicus enjoys lengthy conversations and debates and is quick witted. He is actually rather awkward and softhearted but does not like to admit this, and so hides it behind his confidence, which is not misplaced, though it does make him appear more hardened than he is. He is meticulous and cannot stand to solve a problem without having examined it from every angle. He enjoys the outdoors tremendously, even in the cold.
1 Major Skill: One-handed, Speech, Destruction
3 Minor skills: Heavy Armor
Freebie Shout: FUS
3 Other Shouts: SU, GRAH, TIID, WULD, RO, DAH
Backstory: The only child of the Sarillius family, Lencius lived a happy life with his parents in Anvil, and he cherishes the memories dearly. His father is a skilled huntsman, his mother a humble housewife. His childhood was no more important or unusual than those of his peers, with the exception of his journey to High Hrothgar. His parents faithfully visit him twice a year, and he relishes in their pride of his accomplishments.
Username: Iamgoofball
Name: Robent Fralinie
Spoiler:
Race: Breton
Sex: M
Age: 16
Birthsign:Mage
Appearance: Average height, not very heavy.
Personality: Robent is not very hyper. He usually spends his time reading when not studying for shouts. He is calm, and will often be separate from the rest of the people.
1 Major Skill: Conjuration
3 Minor skills: Destruction, Restoration, Lockpicking
Freebie Shout: Fus
3 Other Shouts: Kaan, Raan, Wuld
You will also know LOK VAH KOOR.
Backstory: Robent's family lived in High Rock, and had heard of the mysterious Dragonborn. When Robent calmed a hungry wolf that was charging towards his dad by shouting, his parents were shocked. They sent him to High Hrogthar with the hopes that he can learn more about this.
Username: Musicman247
Name: Hasira Upanga
Spoiler:
Race: Redguard
Sex: Female
Age: 17
Birthsign: The Serpent
Appearance: Hasira is a girl of average height, weight and build. If you were to look at a dozen or so Redguards she would not stand out in the least. Her black curly hair is cut short so as to be easily managed. She is lighter in complexion than some, but not abnormally so. The red hue of skin is evident because of her fairness. Her large brown eyes are skillful at picking up on things others may miss. Her nose is large and somewhat flat against her face, her lips thin. Her ovular head ends with a slightly pointed chin.
Personality: Hasira is a very outspoken 'woman'. She considers herself to know better than most adults around her, and (as most teenagers) will not listen to reason unless it suits her own desires. Her name, which means 'angry sword' was given to her after she had shown her proficiency with a blade and a deficiency in patience or compassion.
1 Epic skill: One Handed
0 Major Skills:
3 Minor skills: Light Armor, Block, Hand to Hand
Freebie Shout: YOL TOOR
3 Other Shouts: ZUN, SU GRAH DUN, WULD
You will also know LOK VAH KOOR.
Backstory: There was nothing remarkable about Hasira growing up. She was just like all the other children in Hamerfell. The only thing that distinguished her from any of the others was her temper, but that only reared its head on a few occasions then. Upon discovering her aptitude with a blade she began training herself to one day join the ranks of the military. Her temper and attitude grew alongside her skills. When it was discovered that she had the gift of the Voice, her parents gladly sent her to High Hrothgar simply to be rid of her for a time.
Username: Masked Pillow.
Name: Naephtha.
Spoiler:
Race: (all the usual suspects, plus Reachman) Bosmer.
Sex: (M or F) M.
Age: (16-19) 17
Birthsign: The Mage.
Appearance: (purely physical, you will start with only basic clothing) Trying to fit in to the other students, his dark brown hair was cut so it only reach his mid-neck, and his fringe is swept to one side. His face is less angled than most Bosmer, especially his chin, which is somewhat rounded, and his cheekbones which are lower than most. His nose is straight but not large. His eyes are large and the darkest brown, with no whites showing. His lightly tanned body is slim, but not overly so.
Personality: (be detailed) He always tries his best to show people that he is capable, be it cooking the best meal, or casting the best spell. This sometimes makes it look like he's trying too hard, and as such he sometimes has to just sit by himself. He's usually quite a calm person, but is quick to lose his temper if his friends are being threatened.
Adept: One-handed, Destruction, Restoration
Apprentice: Light Armor
Shouts: FUS RO DAH, ZUN HAAL, TIID, WULD
Backstory: (Up to age 6-9. Be brief. No melodrama about 'o noez i waz stolenz awai.' Your parents sent you to High Hrothgar, considering it an honour. They may still visit you.) Ever since he was young, his natural affinity for magic was clear, lights would flash from his hands, and he could always make the family dog run away for no reason. This was bad enough in Falinesti, having a mage son, but when a travelling Nord knocked on their door and almost fell over in shock at the noises he was making, they knew something else was wrong. They learnt that the odd words they simply thought was a made up language that all six year olds do was infact the Dragon Language. After several days of his disgraced father and doting mother arguing, they came to an agreement. A week later he was carted off to High Hrothgar, and he has been there since.
Username: Argonanza

Spoiler:
Race: Argonian
Sex: Male
Age: 18

Adept: One-Handed, Block, Restoration
Apprentice: Light Armor
Shouts: FUS, WULD NAH, SU GRAH DUN, KRII, LOK VAH KOOR
Backstory: He grew up in Riften as the son of a Saxhleel jeweler. His father tried early to teach him the jeweler's trade but to no avail; Taaz-Jei was aiming to become a great adventurer and warrior. He was often seen training with a wooden sword behind the guard barracks. When he had turned 8 years old he was called to High Hrothgar by the Greybeards.

Personality: (be detailed) Smart, devoted to the Divines and a believer of Talos, Beorn hates the Thalmor. Although he doesn't slay them like other Nords, if he was provoked he wouldn't regret it.
1 Epic Skill: 1-Hand
0 Major Skill:
3 Minor skills: Light Armour, Heavy armour, Block
Freebie Shout: (FUS, FO, YOL) Fus Ro Dah
3 Other Shouts: (FUS, FO, YOL, RAAN, LAAS, FEIM, ZUN, FAAS, SU, IIZ, KAAN, KRII, TIID, WULD) Yol Toor, Wuld, Feim

Beorn was born into a large family. All 9 of them lived in a tiny farm near Whiterun. He remembers making fun of the Battle-borns and having fights with the children. He never knew his father much as he was slain in a battle with some Imperials.
Username: Gandalf
Name: Elle Edem
Spoiler:
Race: Breton
Sex: Female
Age: 18
Birthsign: The Lover
Appearance: Fair hair to her back, with a small nose, perfectly straight, and stunning blue eyes. She has a jolly voice, and a high-pitched laugh which always brightens everyone's mood.
Personality: Elle is a positive girl, who always strives to see the best in everything. She thinks everyone deserves a chance in life, but has barely any experience with life. She always tries to help those in need.
Major Skill: Restoration
Minor skills: Destruction, Conjuration, Alteration
Freebie Shout: FUS
Shouts: YOl, FO, WULD
Backstory: Raised by the Chapel of Mara in Riften, she grew to love everyone she met at a young age. Mara's teachings enabled her to find her place in the world as a healer, and when the call came for her to be taken to the Greybeards, she went with the intention of furthering her skills as a healer. However, she needed a way to defend herself, so she decided to learn offensive Shouts but keep her healing skills at the forefront of her arsenal.
Username: yodah
Name: Athragor
Spoiler:
Race: Bosmer
Sex: M
Age: 18
Birthsign: The Mage
Appearance: Slightly taller than an average Bosmer. He has dark brown eyes, a pointed chin, and his face is overall slightly gaunt. No facial hair. He is thin, and has dark brown hair that resembles the hair of the first Bosmer in this picture, in the upper left corner.
http://images.uesp.net/thumb/1/1f/SR-ra ... Bosmer.jpg
Personality: He's nice enough to people that he knows, but comes off as a bit rude to people he doesn't know. He loves risk taking, and is often hasty and sometimes foolish in his decisions. He seems to be incapable of standing still and not doing anything for more than 10 seconds. He is always moving in some way, either fidgeting around in a chair or pacing around the room for no good reason. More than a little impatient. He hates sneaking around and waiting for the right moment to strike. He would much rather just charge into battle.
1 Major Skill: One-handed
3 Minor skills: Restoration, Destruction, Light Armor
Freebie Shout: FUS
3 Other Shouts: ZUN, TIID, WULD
You will also know LOK VAH KOOR.
Backstory: Athragor grew up in Riverwood with his Bosmer mother and Breton father. He gained a decent affinity for magic from his father and proved to be quite skillful in Restoration and Destruction. He prefers the longsword over the usual bow of a Bosmer. Having always lived in it's shadow, Athragor had always wanted to one day travel up the Throat of the World, and see High Hrothgar. One day when he was 7, he accidentally shouted one of his chickens across town. Amazed at his new ability, his parents sent him off to High Hrothgar for teaching. Athragor viewed it as a dream come true.
Username: JVElEven
Name: Saia-Becquairaille Saisblood
Spoiler:
Race: Reach(wo)man
Sex: F
Age: 16
Birthsign: The Shadow
Appearance: Rather short and wispy with large, gray eyes and silvery gray hair reaching her shoulders. Also has very narrow lips and a narrow and short face in general, making her eyes seem even larger than they are.
Personality: Saia is one of those people who just not wants to be noticed. Almost everything she does is done in order to keep herself out of view, out of trouble and out of pain. The problem is not that she is a coward; she is anything but that. She just dislikes attention and shuns it like the plague, and coupled with a low self-esteem, she has troubles funstioning socially in the way that she thinks they dislike her, and thusly tries to avoid almost everyone, preferring to spend time alone with a book instead. She rarely speaks to anyone, only actively trying to make herself heard when the topic turns to anythng involving the Reach, which she is surprisingly keen on talking about. Mostly about the nature, but at rare times about one day joining the FOrsworn, but only as a distant dream which she deep inside knows she can't handle.
1 Major Skill: Hedge Magic
3 Minor skills: Sneak, Illusion, Archery
Freebie Shout: YOL
3 Other Shouts: TIID, FEIM and KRII
You will also know LOK VAH KOOR.
Backstory: Raised in Karthwasten by a miner's family, Saia was used to a hard life from a young age, but still tried to spend as much time as she could on studying anything she found interesting, which after the age of 4 was nothing but ways to keep out of sight and out of harm's way. She refuses to speak about why she took that road.
Username: Leyyuce
Name: Deiban
Spoiler:
Race: Imperial
Sex: Male
Age: 18
Birthsign: The Lover

His features are sharp and pronounced and his jawline near triangular- the teeth kept within are tightly spaced. Deiban's build is acceptable yet ultimately average, while his height is well above.
Personality: Deiban is sentimental and profound, a vaguely yet notably spiritual character who equally enjoys time spent alone as well as in the company of likeable friends. His decisive, self-assured, and attentive nature lends itself well to his forte- speechcraft- as well as such favored recreational activities as debate and cards. In regard to the latter, Deiban is an avid gambler who much enjoys an evening spent in competition and camaraderie with the nearest tavern's willing patrons.
Major Skill: Speech
Minor skills: Archery, alchemy, and one-handed
Freebie Shout: YOL
Shouts: SU, FEIM, TIID
Backstory: Deiban was raised, to a certain age, by oft-traveling merchants residing in the Alik'r Desert, one being a formerly and sorrowfully widowed birth parent and the other her second beloved partner. Given the constant company of such characters, Deiban acquired a firm grasp of the nuances of conversation within his earliest years; said parents not only were skilled persuaders and negotiators but also observers, and so upon Deiban's first offering example of applicable tendencies he was promptly and knowingly delivered to the Greybeards as to receive otherwise unattainable instruction and guidance.

Hey, there, everyone! Please re-read the OP. It is quite similar to the previous one, but a few things have changed.

Some inactive users have been removed. A sad reality. Some new users may soon join, before the RP officially starts. Yay!

Appearance: Average height for a Nord man, with an athletic/muscular build. He has dark blue eyes, cropped black hair, and rough but trimmed facial hair.

Well here it is, my character sheet:
Username: Justice Knight
Name: Lucian Decimus
Race: Imperial
Sex: Male
Age: 18
Birthsign: The Lord
Appearence: Lucian would be considered handsome- but rugged, with his squared of jaw and ovalish face. His nose is long but slightly crooked at the end- not enough to distract from his overall appearence- and his cheek bones are high. His dark blue eyes are full of compassion and empathy and his mouth is small but normally in the shape of a caring smile. His hair is raven black and kept fairly short but his fringe always sticks outwards. He is just taller than the average height and is fairly muscular.
Personality: Strong and kind. Lucian could be described as a mountain- strong, protecting and immovable, but not without it's dangers. He is slow to anger, but once enraged he becomes a killing machine with little to no mercy.
1 major skill: Two-Handed
3 minor skills: Smithing, Heavy Armour and Archery.
Backstory: Lucian was born to an Imperial Mother and Father on an outlying farm in the Whiterun hold- he grew up farming but learned skills with blades and bows when defending the farm from wild animals and when he went hunting. Much against his Father's wishes he left for Whiterun to join the Companions and seek his fortune.

I haven't read either of them, but, yeah. Deimos, edit your character sheet. You are a patron of the Bannered Mare, and NOT one of the Dragonkin.

Backstory: Raised by the Chapel of Mara in Riften, she grew to love everyone she met at a young age. However, she needed a way to defend herself, so she decided to learn offensive Shouts but keep her healing skills at the forefront of her arsenal. After Hrothgar was attacked, she fled with Torolf, Matilde, Celegu and Beorn.

I've fixed it. But what's The Bannered Mare? I haven't read the previous RP.
