"Wot? Whosit?" Steven turned around to see who had spoken. "Oh. Alex. Yes. Wonderful party." he turned his head back to Lucy with a helpless face.

Lucy smiled. "Alex. It is a nice party, Have you been topped up on your blood?" She asked "I haven't.."

[Kerr]

Hastur kept pounding on the door.

Alex smiled at Lucy,

"Why yes, actually I found a lovely sleeping human over that way somewhere," He waved his hand behind him.

"I didn't leave any left though, I'm sorry. I wouldn't have minded sharing. Do you like my Snoopy?" He asked them both, holding forth his forearm with the blood symbol still glistening.

Steven looked at Alex's blood symbol. "Very nice, Alex." He looked up at the Vampyre.

"Snoopy?" Lucy said looking at the symbol. "I put mine as a cracked rock.. Odd but it looks nice.."

Alex met Steven's gaze, and slowly, a smile began to spread across his face.

Alex's eyes seemed to be burning with an unnatural light.

He paid no heed to Lucy's comment.

Something in Alex's eyes called to Steven. The light. So beautiful. Something there? No. Just the light. Or was there? With the. Yes. but no.

Steven gave in completely to Alex's power.

Alex's smile became larger and his fangs protruded further.

So hungry still He thought to himself.

Steven seemed to hear Alex's voice in his head.

"Hungry.... Blood... Closer"

Steven felt hungry. No. He wasn't hungry. Someone else. The light. The light was hungry. Must get closer. Feed the light.

Steven moved closer to the light, smiling.

Lucy noticed what Alex was doing, She stepped forward angry. "Hey! Leave Steven alone!" She said firmly.

Alex paid no heed to Lucy, his vision was turning bestial. He could see Steven's throat pulsing with every beat of his heart. He could smell the rich iron-scent from the small scratch on Steven's arm.

Alex took a step forward at the same time Steven did, still locking Steven's gaze to his own.

Steven heard Alex's voice in his head again.
"Blood... Sweet... FEED"

"yeah. Steve leavin' dalone," Steven said, still moving toward Alex.

Almost there. Keep. Moving. Light. Pretty. Sweet.

Alex's eyes widened, and as Steven came within his reach he launched himself forwards, knocking Steven to the ground. The connection between them snapped as Alex sunk his fangs into his throat.

The last thing Steven heard before the connection between them broke was:

"KILL"

"Are you here?" asked Hastur. He kept knocking on the door. "Screw this lets go meet that Alex guy again. He is fun." said Yog.

A woman in flowing robes walked up to Hastur and smiled sweetly. "Ah why are you banging on my door?"

"Gah!" was all Steven could get out before Alex was on top of him. He could feel the burning in his neck, the small streams of his precious life's blood that Alex missed trickling down from the puncture wounds. The world started to get fuzzy around the edges.

Lucy kicked Alex in the head. She was livid.

"Excuse me Annem. A friend of mine has been hurt. It is probably nothing, but I thought better safe than sorry. So I came here to see the healer, em you." said Hastur.

Alex's lost his grip on Steven as his head snapped to the side, a mouthful of blood squirted out of his mouth and onto Stevens face.

Alex rolled sideways and got to his knees, rubbing the side of his face.

"Ow." He said, before looking up at Lucy.

Steven felt the force of the kick drive Alex away from his neck. He felt the blood splatter on his face and tasted of himself as some of it rolled into his mouth. He lay there, gasping. The world began to tilt and twist. Steven vomited up what little he had eaten that day, luckily it was expelled forcefully. The sick flew into the air and back down on Steven's blood-drenched face. He closed his eyes as the world faded to shades of grey and then into darkness.

Aura smiled at the Demt but didnt know what to make of him. "You have proven yourself to be really interesting and sweet. I thank you for your conversation"

The demt bowed, extravagantly, "as were yours lady." he said simply smiling

The woman nodded. "ah then baba, bring her in, come in.." she said opening the door, the room looked much like a doctors surgery room, with a curtain across the end hiding her private quarters. "put her on the table." the woman said pointing at the steel examination table, she put on some gloves.

Lucy stepped beside Alex and kicked her foot into his stomach. She was angry and livid.

Hastur went over to the twins. "Come with me. I found somebody who can help." said Hastur. He walked back to the magi.
