Steven looked up, shocked that he was being addressed. "Oh, uh, I was , uh, playing at a coffee shop one night. The crowd had been so-so when I got to the song Falling Slowly." Steven was moving his fingers along the fretboard of the guitar nervously as he spoke. "And during the chorus there was this other-worldly, ethereal harmony that followed me. It was so beautiful! It sent chills all over everywhere. It was, it was like a drug. I looked around for who was singing with me, finally finding my Mistre- my...her," Steven pointed at Lucy. "After the show I introduced myself and told her how her singing had made me feel. She told me who she was, who she really was. I was shocked, of course, but I knew I needed to hear her again, to sing with her again. So I offered myself to her." He showed his arm proudly, each scar a beautiful symbol of his and Lucy's relationship. "Forever. Or until I die."

"How romantic." said Hastur. "Yog, my demon just came up to me one day at school. He offered and we......joined together. Unlike some people I haven't used it as an excuse to become a crazy killer." he added looking at Alex. "Don't have to be human to be a good person."

[Eltee]

"Caution? Bah." Dacey resumed tapping her foot.

"Your...demon? Joined together?" Steve asked, confusion playing games with his face.

[Kerr]

"I'm a Magi. I can do magic. Yog helps with that. I could show you a spell if you want." said Hastur. "I promise it won't be dangerous. Hell it will be kind of cool."

"O...okay," Steven said hesitantly.

[Kerr]

"First i'll need some of my blood for later so I can change back." said Hastur. He took a knife from a nearby table. He cut his hand and let some of his blood drop a glass. "I also need to absorb a drop of blood from somebody." he added. "Just a drop, nothing harmful."

Steve held out his arm and picked a newly formed scab off of a recent hole. Blood began to ooze out of the wound. "Is that enough?" he asked.

Alex' eyes widened when Steve's arm began to slightly bleed. He was hungry.

"Shall me go somewhere more private then?" Lucifer asked still keeping his tone neutral, "After all, each others company will help keep our demons happy."

Steve saw that look in Alex's eyes and grabbed a rag out of his pocket to sop up the blood. He used the same rag to put pressure on his wound. "I think your trick may need to wait," Steve said, eyeing Alex. "You know I'm hers."

Alex hadn't taken his eyes of Steve's arm.

"Yes, yes. I know you are hers. I was just thinking, that, maybe you would know where I could find some more humans? It's so hard to keep track of your species. Always scurrying around, talking about [&@%!] and ho's. Why you find dogs and garden tools so fascinating I don't know..."

"I haven't seen any around here, Alex," Steven said, lowering his head so his eyes met Alex's. Conversation would be better than having HIM feed off of me. "Ah, yes, dogs and garden tools. It must be a half moon tonight. Dogs because like trees they have bark but no branches, and garden tools to chop branches off trees for the dogs," responded Steven in a bored fashion.

[Believe]

"I didn't understand a word you just said... You humans are crazy, first this one was talking to an invisible friend, now you are talking about tree's barking and dogs ho'ing or something... But are you sure you don't know where I can find any wild humans? I really am getting quite hungry..."

Alex began rubbing his stomach in an exaggerated fashion.

Steven suddenly pointed over Alex's shoulder. With wild eyes Steven said loudly, "Look! Over there! One just ran by! Looked tasty, too! Go get him, Alex!"

Lucifer couldn't help but notice the shouting- he momentarily turned and saw that Steve was pointing dangerously something not too far away from him.

"May I help you?" She asked casually with a slight annoyance in her voice. The reason is because to feed she has to remove her face mask which makes her skin a more natural shade, hiding the surreal whiteish blue paleness underneath. One could say she glows in night and stands out equally in the day. It's next near impossible to remove blood from these makeup masks so she had to remove it to partially feed. The Bils was somewhat annoying to barge in her room like that and she didnt bother putting her face on, litterly. In her human form she never needed to wear makeup unless it was to make it somewhat sparkle.

Alex spun around and glared in the direction that Steve was pointing, but couldn't see an edible looking human. He turned his head and asked "Are you sure?" Before starting to head off anyway.

Umbra watched the approaching Vampiyre with a great closeness.
Lucifer turned back to the Annem magi.

"Oh yes, I'm sure," said Steven, happy to be rid of the crazy vampyre. He checked his arm and saw that it had stopped bleeding for the moment. He went back to picking on the strings of the guitar, this time choosing to play Hotel California.

The Bil muttered something softly. "Erm, my fath..er.. and The Queen.. erm.. bids you to join them in her solar." He stammered nervously.

The Magi smiled "Lets go somewhere then. Just the two of us."

Lucy puffed her head at Alex. "No one gets to drink from Steven, apart from me." She muttered protectivly. "I guess I'm rather protective of my little human."

Steven smiled, embarrassed, as he continued to play. "Thank you, my lady," he said softly.

[Kerr]

"Right just a drop." said Hastur. He touched Stevens' blood and a drop of blood was absorbed into him. "Right keep that glass with my blood safe. Here we go." Hastur added. At that moment he began to change. Pain rushed through Hastur. It was like he was skinned alive and thrown in a pit of salt. From what they could see Hastur had gained a bit of weight and grown taller. Luckly he could still fit in his clothes. His hood covered his new face, Steven's face. Hastur collapsed to the ground.

Alex found a rather out of it human slumped on a bench, Her eyes were closed and no one was near her.

Lucy smiled. "Your just so sweet!" She said happily to Steven and kept her eyes on Hastur panicing when he fell.

Far off in a other county.
A small battleforce was assembled.. their weapons gleamed.

Hastur groaned and sat up on the spot. Hastur threw down his hood. "Pretty cunning don't you think?" said Hastur. He even sounded like Steven every detail seemed to be the same on the surface. However Hastur knew any wound, scars, piercings or tattoos wouldn't be copied. Only organic matter. "Wow kid didn't know you could be even uglier. You should go back to how you looked that night a month back. I liked that." siad Yog from within Hastur.
