Full Name: Evelein Natalie Yelms
Gender: Female
Age: 15

Physical Description: Dark Violet black hair. She has Central heterochromia, in which her eyes start off as a golden yellow but have a center blue ring around the pupil. Pale peachy skin and her hair is thick.

Clothing and accessories: She does like Lolita-type dresses and frilly skirts but knows in traveling she has to wear some slack pants, a skant or skirt-pant, a nice blouse and vest on top of leather boots. She likes to have her hair up in a somewhat utilitarian frilly bow.

Personality: She’s shy and often distrustful of people and if she senses anything bad she’s quick to avoid them, but unsure of what to do when she meets someone of good energy. She prefers to practice hovering in secrecy and can levitate pokeballs and other smaller objects. She can’t however levitate a rope and carry her up a cliff with it. She can hover a little bit off the ground but doesn’t predict the future like psychic’s are “famed” to do.

Background: Evelein was born to a Pokemon Breeder and a formal Team Rocket Grunt turned Researcher in Mistralton City where she grew up. Her father Stewart Yelms, like herself and her mother, loves all pokemon but specializes in breeding rare pokemon types on top of water and dragon types. Her mother Violleta Mary Lexington-Yelms, was forced into Team Rocket at an earlier age due to family debt and troubles. As soon as she was able to, Violleta left and vowed never to return to such a cruel criminal group and instead met the rich Stewart and fell in love. Violleta had always been into researching ways to bring more fossil pokemon back to life and to sustain them in current world as there are records of places where fossil pokemon have survived to this day through hibernation. Violleta and Stewart do not come from known Psychic stock, and first came aware of their daughter’s abilities when a traveling Pokemon trainer came with a young Abra and an Eevee who soon evolved into an Espeon. He was looking for a breeder who could look after the two and breed them for his own daughter. Evelein was a young girl at this time who ended up bonding with the Abra, and the Abra bonded with her in return. Evelein never cared for prediction of future but instead on levitation and hovering, being shown part of her abilities by that Abra. However she couldn’t keep the Abra herself as her parents wished to shelter her from her abilities in fear of Team Rocket or another organization coming and taking Evelein from them. It was hard on both that Abra, named Neils, and Evelein to be separated. To fill the void, Evelein began exploring the nearby forests and ocean waters. She envied the bird pokemon and the bug pokemon who could fly away and sought to be like them while practicing her own psychic powers in secret. The Water pokemon could swim away and breathe underwater. The few grass pokemon she met were similar to her in that most could only watch from the ground. When She came of age, her parents sent her to live with an Aunt in Nova Town, where she could hopefully begin her pokemon journey as she showed no interest currently in Pokemon Breeding or Researching.

Type preference: Grass, Psychic, Flying and Water is her preferences but is accepting of other types of pokemon.

One last question: Will the Pokemon be like in the game- only knowing basic attacks and leveling up?

You will not have levels in the RP, but moves will be learnt according to a scheme matching the trainers I have planned out for you. So you will get moves as you progress, and then there's of course TMs and stuff.

In the RP is it like the anime where legendaries can breed including Nindoqueen/Nidoreena etc that can't in games or is it like the games stupid system?

I don't think Legendaries will be able to breed, but most other will be. In all likelihood.

Gender: Male

Physical Description: 5'2, average weight.
Clothing and accessories: Wears blue shorts, and a t-shirt.
Personality: Leltat is usually very kind to most people. He is often very friendly to all people, and pokemon included. He is also slighty hyper, and will plunge headfirst into things if he thinks he can at least have a slight chance of managing whatever it is he is doing.
Background: Leltat was born in Fortree City, and lived there most his life. He had a fascination for Grass Pokemon, and wished he had one. When he turned 10, his parents got him a pet Treecko. He was extremely happy about it. But then, he was outside the city, exploring the woods with the Treecko. The Treecko was distracted by something in one of the bushes, and Leltat kept walking without him. After he had realized that his Treeko was gone, he yelled for him, and looked for him. He never found the Treecko again. He came home crying, and his mother held him while he cried for it. His parents wanted to make it up to him, and didn't until he was 13. They then sent him to Nova Town, where he could learn more about pokemon, and possibly get himself another to replace his Treecko.
