I think that the idea of building a little "UESP village" would be nice. For instance, on a server Weasel, a few friends, and i built on, we made a town. I think that we should have the option of being able to build a village, and at the same time if we want to do our own thing, then go off and do our own thing.

See what i'm saying?

So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally?

Also, if you're using Equivilent Exchange and RedPower 2, you should totally make a Red Matter Toolset machine.
Full Recipe list for this thing was:
Spoiler:
  • 22 Tin
    15 Sticks
    14 Iron ingot
    7 Wood Planks
    27 Cobble
    114 Redstone
    1 Gold Ingot
    2 Glowstone
    48 Copper Ingot
    3 Bronze Ingot
    51 Refined Iron
    16 Coal
    14 Glass
    4 Cactus Green
    10 Diamond
    38 Lapis Lazuli
    101 Rubber
Sorry that's not very ordered. Basically you use all that stuff to make an MFSU, a Geothermal Generator, a pump, an electrical engine and some pipes and cables and hook it all together to make a machine that pumps endless lava from the nether and the power from the lava pumped in turn powers the pump. You just need to jumpstart it by discharging a battery into the MFS or a lava bucket into the generator. I'm sure I've broken the laws of physics somewhere :?

Sorry (that's two paragraphs beginning with an apology  ) everyone that doesn't know what Tekkit is for blowing your minds.

@Captain Kerr My sister has 3 or 4 pens with two pigs in each. She gives each one wheat to make a 3rd pig in each pen then we kill one of the pigs. Bit cold and clinical but it works somewhat and is enough food for two of us. We supplement it with a bread farm.
Is this meant to be witty, informative or deep? I doubt I can manage all three.

You might want to do cows instead, they give more meat more often.

I just lost everyone of my minecraft worlds to corruption. If none of you mind I'll be crying in a corner for a week.

I've had some experience on RP servers (Believe me, ask Sav :P). I could help build the village if you'd like?

Yeah, I think it's best to make it a rule that destroying other people's creations purposely without their explicit permission will earn you an immediate ban from the server. That is, if we actually do this.

Wait, do you still want a PM? I mean, you seem to have remembered now. I can't be entirely certain, but I'm pretty sure I don't need to PM you.

Paypal won't let me back into my account, so I guess I have to make a new one. I'll get this figured out in a day or two. Got a presentation to give at work tomorrow that might be more important...but only slightly so.

No problem. Remember, work comes before minecraft server.

EDIT: By the way, are we going to do any special thing with the server, or plain survival?

Yes, actually. Just got Paypal going (I think), so if you guys give me what server you want I'll buy you some space. As for who's going to run it, I'm going to leave that up to you guys!

I have Minecraft for 360, and I had a massively entertaining adventure with a friend of mine. We found a massive, bottomless fissure, next to a lake. We couldn't see the bottom, so we stocked up on pickaxes and torches, diverted the lake into the hole, and leapt down into the pool we created. It took us four hours of wandering through massive caverns and warrens and underground rivers, finding tonnes of iron and gold and diamond, before we came to a tunnel where we could hear the blearing of sheep! After a traumatic exit where we both almost drowned and were crushed by falling sand, we crawled out of a hole not a hundred metres from the initial fissure. A glance at a map showed us that we had spiralled kilometres away, and eventually had made our way home, underground. It was truly epic.
