i started a bosmer assassin(second try at this build) however i'm falling short and everything is killing me and i'm about ready to let this character, i don't want to do that just yet, currently i'm using a bosmer and i'm still at the developmental levels where u pick ur skills, i've always done warriors, tanks, and battlemages but i can never get any successful stealth characters, what should i do my character goes like this right now:
Alea Malorin, bosmer level 9
skills: one-handed, archery, illusion(don't know how to level that properly), sneak
Any advice would be helpful, i really don't want to scrap this character

With stealth characters- never ever face someone in a fair fight. Always open with a stealth shot from your bow- poisoned if you can. Oh and if you get your sneak to a decent level by going into tombs that have 'sleeping' Draugr and sneaking around near them, eventually you can get to the point where you can just sprint around a corner if you're caught and disappear.

I level my illusion mage by constantly attacking my follower with, rally and calm.
You will need to stay to the shadows or stab behind their back, make sure no one sees you and (for immersion) Dispose of the body, put it into the shadows too, so no one will find the poor sod.

I have deadly aim and my bow is an elven bow, i also use elven daggers, if i'm using only bows how do i level up one handed, that is a really important skill for me

Re: stealth character
Well you could find some weaker enemies and use dual daggers on them or if your opponent get's to close then use the daggers.

Re: stealth character
Don't bother with illusion spells. Use conjuration instead.
